Actually I really like Chipotle but I'm just not liking the portion they tend to give . The prices have gone up but the portions are smaller! I placed a $60 online order - 2 burrito bowls and 2 bags of chips. The only thing they got correct out of the whole order was one bag of chips. The burrito bowls were entirely wrong and we were missing a bag of chips. I expected a full refund because both the bowls had stuff we don’t like or can’t eat mixed in so we had to throw the whole thing away. I was given a $27 refund for their mistake.
