This Illy was right across the way from our hotel so we thought we'd give it a go. The pros: the service was good, the drinks came up quickly, the layout of the shop was nice, and coffee was smooth and not bitter. The cons: The prices are really high for what you get. The drink was overly sweet - which another reviewer mentioned and I sadly did not listen to. The fruit cup I purchased was $7 which was just plain nuts. I checked in early last Wednesday and was warmly welcomed and accommodated by Savion and Stephanie because my suite was not ready as I stated above due to my early arrival. Of no fault of theirs, I wanted a different room with accessible features because of a family member. I returned to front desk and while Savion helped another guest Stephanie right away started to search for an accessible room for me. Lydia and Helen are up early to make sure people can begin their day with great coffee and kind smiles! I so appreciate their hospitality and expertise.
