Just stopped in to grab a snack and the Special Samosas are to die for! Was looking for a good pakistani restaurant. Well seasoned food, friendly staff. Cant wait to try more especially the paya and haleem!
This is going to sound the same as everyone else… I have probably eaten 50 Gyros from Arun. I went in and the 2 “younger guys” were working. As soon as I picked up the bag I knew it wasn’t right. It had two pieces of lamb meat on it. I asked them if they could make it like it is normally made and he made some nasty comment so I asked for my money back. I have been a regular at Ravi Chatkhara, and it certainly deserves a feedback from me to express my loyalty. Food and Service are standouts and unique. If you like to savor authentic Pakistani flavors, this place along with adjacent Ravi kabob are the best in the city. I'd recommend a weekend brunch of halva Poori / Lamb Karahi / Chicken Karahi / Biryani at Chatkhara. Arun who is the chef/manager ensures you leave the place happier.
