“I had the crab cake appetizer which comes with a small salad on the same plate. Crab cake was delicious, but you didn't get asked what salad dressing you wanted and the one on it i didn't like. Crab cake was delicious. Wouldn't go if you are in a hurry staff us slow for an airport restaurant and employees are on their phones instead of waiting on people. Lunch was pretty pricey $30.00 without tip for appetizer.“

“Food is fresh and hot. The Seafood here is amazing, but they do offer Non-Seafood items as well. The portion size is great. It’s worth the prices. Delicious.“

“I’ve been to Mason’s Famous Lobster Rolls a few times now, and it never disappoints. The lobster is always fresh, generous, and perfectly seasoned. The rolls are simple but done right—soft, buttery bread that lets the lobster shine.
I usually go for the Connecticut-style roll (warm with butter), and it’s consistently on point. Their lobster bisque is also a must—rich, creamy, and packed with flavor.
Service is quick and the place is clean, which makes it an easy go-to when you’re craving something solid without the wait. Definitely one of the better spots for a legit lobster roll around here.“

“Food was excellent as was the service. Noise level a little high since there was two large parties and very loud. Made it hard to have a conversation at at two person table. Need to put in some sound abatement panels versus the hard wood current there.“

“I ordered the smothered pork chop and catfish meal's. This was my first time ordering from this restaurant and I'm not gonna lie, I was very skeptical when I saw there was a soul food restaurant on this side of the DMV area. Most often when I see a place selling soul food in this area, my expectations are low and my disappointment is high. However, when I talked to the gentleman behind the counter while he poured a bowl of butter over the candy yams, I thought this place might have a chance. And, Lord have mercy, I was right to give this place a chance. I was not disappointed at all. It was everything soul food is supposed to be: seasoned, flavorful and unhealthy if you have high cholesterol, or blood pressure.
I WILL be back!!“

“It is a very good place, excellent food, the girl who served us 10/10, her attention was very good, the prices were fair. The only recommendation is the volume level of the music, it would be much better if a prudent volume is used to be able to talk and share with the people we have at our table. Thanks ?“

“Epic SmokeHouse – Arlington, VA Overall Rating: 8/10 Parking lot upgrades at the Pentagon brought G-FORCE to Arlington, but we didn’t expect to stumble upon BBQ royalty just a mile down the road at Epic SmokeHouse. Let’s just say… the name fits. We kicked things off with the App Sampler—and every bite hit like a flavor freight train. Smoked wings so tender they felt like they’d just left the hog pen—crispy skin, juicy interior, absolute perfection. Burnt ends? Melt-in-your-mouth with just enough sauce to whisper "I’m fancy" without screaming it. And the Kalua Pig Rolls… I still don’t know what’s in them, but I want to shake the chef’s hand (or hug him). Then came the showstopper: Brisket Poutine. Hand-cut fries crisped to golden excellence, smothered in rich brown butter gravy, melty cheese curds, and that sweet smoky brisket—topped with green onions and sesame seeds for that crunch-and-pop finale. This dish is dangerous… the kind of comfort food that makes you forget what day it is. The House Secret Burnt Mac rolled in hot in a mini skillet—smoky, cheesy, and just saucy enough to coat every bite without drowning it. Balanced, bold, and addicting. Don’t sleep on the Collard Greens either—just the right amount of flavor, a lil’ bit of spice but not too bold. A solid side that holds its own. Final Verdict: If you’re in Arlington for business, BBQ, or just breathing—get to Epic SmokeHouse. And if you're lucky, G-FORCE might’ve just made the parking lot a little smoother on your way in. #PaintAndPlateCrew #SupportLocal #EpicEats #BBQNearThePentagon #HIREAVET #GFORCEApproved #8OutOf10 #WINWITHVSB #PAINTCORPS“

“This little hidden hotpot spot off Columbia Pike? Whew… somebody better protect this place before TikTok discovers it and the line wraps around the block.
I came in on a random Thursday night looking for “just a little broth,” and left spiritually healed, emotionally supported, and feeling that heat through my body in the best way possible.
John, the owner, deserves his flowers immediately. Man recommended the Szechuan base like a seasoned hotpot therapist, and as a certified hot-pepper survivor, I can confidently say my taste buds were doing backflips. The spice level didn’t just knock on the door — it moved in, paid rent, and redecorated the place okay!
And honestly? I love the vibe here. It’s not trying too hard to be some ultra-modern, neon-sign “aesthetic” restaurant where the chairs hurt your back and the menu needs subtitles. It’s simple, cozy, and feels real. The kind of spot where ordinary people can sit down, exhale, cook good food, and temporarily forget their problems in a bubbling pot of happiness.
10/10. Came for broth. Left with character development. I’ll absolutely be back.“

“Vlada was our server. She was fantastic. Attentive to our needs. Very polite and very efficient. She checked on us somehow knowing the right timing without being intrusive or us being left alone. The manager, Steve, came out and greeted us as well just to make sure things were going well. Couldn’t be happier with the food and service. Highly recommended.“

“The dinner was only "marred" by the entre trying to be serviced while we were still eating our appetizer. We could not believe that a restaurant of this quality would allow a service to bring out the main course while we were only half way through the appetizer. What does this mean? Well, in the states, it seems as though they are always trying to rush you through the meal to get the table free, but this restaurant does not have waiting lines like bonefish grill or those other type restaurants.“
“Had a great experience here! Nice atmosphere and a great cocktail menu. The chef came and talked to us about their special cherry blossom festival themed deserts, which were delicious. Julio was our waiter and did a great job! Definitely recommend. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️“
