Went for brunch with a large group and liked that we were able to seat ourselves and order right to the table. Service was pretty quick which was nice!
Fun hangout with a great selection of drinks which included a lot more than just beer. Food was great. Service was quick even though they were incredibly busy when we there.
Good place overall but they do run the risk of simply being a pub/college bar vs actually being a Beirhall. The food menu needs to incorporate more German elements and considerably more seating is required to capture the bierhall theme. Too much of the business is a standing bar. Now to be clear thats fine and I'll still go but there is a big difference between a true bierhall and a Balston yuppy bar.
