“First time visiting Si Senor in Carrolton! We were very impressed. The service was very fast, and our waiters were attentive and friendly. I had the taco salad which is a great choice for lunch if you want a healthier option; they don't skimp on veggies. Everything was so fresh! But the most important part...they do NOT play with their margaritas. They are delicious and perfectly strong. Fantastic happy hour! Definitely give this place a try if you want amazing margaritas and a quick Mexican lunch. Authentic and warm decor and music too!“

“I went here with family for lunch today. This was the first time dining there, and it didn't disappoint. Had the Chicken & Spinach Enchiladas, absolutely magnificent. It felt like Popeye the sailor man made me that dish. I'd recommend this to anyone that have a knack for Mexican cuisine.“

“Ordered cheese sauce on the side. Came on top. Asked for a menu to see dessert. Told me desserts instead. I asked again to see the menu. Fried ice cream...interesting. Coating seemed stale as did the shell it was served in. Felt rushed to leave even though there were plenty of open tables. Check was even brought to us without desserts on it by the manager. This is so unusual. We generally have a great experience here.“

“My first time here I ordered the arroz con pollo and the dos tacos. I also got order of chips and with both salsa and white sauce. Everything tasted really good, even the salsa with the chips. The tacos also came with rice and beans that were also flavorful. The meat portion in the tacos was generous. I also like the arroz con pollo dish also came with veggies. I’ve been to other places where the dish was only chicken, rice and cheese sauce.“

“I have tried nearly every Mexican restaurant in the area, in hopes of finding a good, crunchy Chimichanga ... this place is the winner for best Chimichanga! I also love the Tomatillo sauce for dipping ... fantastic! However, having said that my last experience was not so pleasant. Our server was not attentive at all .... AGAIN!. And were not offered free refills after returning with our checks. We were not even asked how the food was. The place was not crowded, so this should not have been an issue. “Typical decor for a Mexican restaurant. The booths were well maintained and comfortable, a lot better than other places. Everything was clean and it was a pleasant atmosphere. The service was attentive. Our order was taken and food was promptly served. It was hot, delicious and accurate. They have a full bar , which is nice. I got the Long Island iced tea. It was well made. The refried beans were some of the best that I have had. The taquitos are large, 3 is plenty! The guac and pico de gallo were fresh. My boyfriend ordered the carnitas and was cooked perfect. It was enough for two meals. I would definitely go back.“

“Great place, normally love the food. I ordered the chimichanga, and was disappointed. The meat was awesome, everything was good, except the flour wrap. I guess they don’t fry it and that was really why I was ordering it. I like the crunchy shell. It just came out mushy and soggy. The presentation was really nice. Had they fried it, I’d had been in heaven. It was the cheat meal this week unfortunately. I WILL be coming back, the server was great ?, just soggy chimichangas. Order something different.“

“The ground beef could be flavored a bit more. But overall for some tacos, rice, and beans. I'll definitely be going back. Love the big tall windows and how it made it bright and open but not uncomfortably bright. Wait staff was all over it which I appreciated. And the sodas were beautiful.“

“As a fan of Mexican food, this place is very reliable. Their tacos are great, tamales a little dry but good. Margaritas are amazing and they really do pack a punch, and their beers are ice cold. Service is good, and at night on weekends they play loud music which I loved. “Went with a friend for lunch today. I had the birria tacos and he had a torta al pastor. The server didn't seem to speak English but we managed. The birria tacos were absolutely amazing and I can't wait to go back. Unfortunately my buddy believes he received carne asada in his torta vs the al pastor he asked for.“
