“You (that's her name) was our bartender while we wait for a table and she was AWESOME! She told my wife what kind of drinks she might be interested in and my wife was happy with her recommendations. Marcus, I have to say is one of the best if not THE best server we ever had. He always checked up on us, ask if we need refill in beverages or food. Keep in mind that it was a full house and he was running all over the place and still manage to take any order we have. SO restaurant is the best Korean BBQ we've been to and we have been to A LOT of Korean BBQ. Looking forward to coming back!“

“Sure, you can find some decent BBQ here, but if you’re on the hunt for some authentically crafted Korean cuisine, this place will totally satisfy you. I brought my parents here—both in their 70s and visiting from Korea—and this restaurant delivered an experience on par with the finest Korean dishes back home. The kimchi made with ‘gat’ (갓김치) was exceptionally good, and the beef bone and cabbage(우거지) soup could easily rival the specialists in Korea. The side dishes, steamed eggs, kimchi pancakes, and fried dumplings were also top-notch. And I can’t leave out the friendly service—it was spot on!“

“We went for a date here after my husband was looking for something close to Chantilly but different. Oh wow! The food was so fresh and hot and phenomenal! We love Indian food so tried the butter chicken tacos and masala burrito. The chips and salsa kept coming as quickly as we asked. I can not wait to return!“

You can also have drinks at the outdoor patio bar before dinner. Our server was very polite, attentive and timely with drinks, food orders and check. The food was top grade for everything ordered, cooked exactly to order and great blend of tastes and spices. The sauce is amasing with the garlic bread too.✨️ Chicken & cranberry salad: Deliciously crisp and refreshing, I was told this is a new addition to the menu and I think it was perfect for spring!? Spicy Lobster pasta: This wasn't as spicy as I anticipated, but man was the flavours are so tasty! I would 100% order this again and probably my favourite item overall.✨️ Lobster roll: Most Lobster rolls I've had in the area are too mayo-y and this was the opposite. It was refreshing and perfectly prepared, easily would recommend the lobster roll here to anyone who is craving.? Red sangria & Beach water: Drinks were so pretty, I absolutely loveeeee the sangria.? Key lime pie & Bread pudding: Both absolutely delicious desserts, personally one of the best key lime pies I've had as it wasn't too tangy or too sweet. “I've driven past PJ Skidoos multiple times, and have always wanted to stop in. I'm happy I did. Inside you're greeted by a friendly hostess who walks you through a beautiful, dark wood, dining room. The walls are covered with relics from the past. We ordered finger foods: chicken fingers, and potato skins. Both were outstanding. Lastly, I ordered the French Onion (I try them wherever I go). Overall the FO Soup was good, it had the perfect amount of cheese and wasn't overwhelming with onions. My only suggestion would be a pinch more salt in the broth. Side note* I would have ordered an Old Fashion if the bar had ice molds (Large Ice Cube). I'm not sure why bars don't carry the silicone molds to make them. All that being said, I'll be back, and I'll bring friends.“

It's kind of pricey, and the one downside is that they have a few servers for all of the tables, so wait times for a server's attention can be inconvenient. Overall, it was a good time.Parking: There's a parking garage nearby that has plenty of free parking. There's also some mini parking lots dotted throughout the area.Kid-friendliness: Very kid friendly with all of the board games. Be warned, there are adult games people play, such as Cards Against Humanity, so make sure you pay attention to where you sit if you can help it.Wheelchair accessibility: The tables are pretty close, and there's not a whole lot of room wheel chairs are doable, but it's pretty tight. I'm not sure if their second floor has an elevator. They seem to have ground floor exterior seating, but every time I've been, the weather precluded that as an option.“

“The Mrs. and I took a trip out to Manassas to meet our friends for dinner at a place called Public House Kitchen and Brewery, located on Battle Street. First of all it does not have its own parking, so you will be looking for a spot on the street. If that doesn't scare you off, you'll be treated to a very fun tavern. The dining room is not what you'd call large, so expect some noise on weekend nights. We were shown to the last open table on this Saturday night by a very nice server. My wife started with a Public House Winter Amber Lager, which she really liked. I went a bit darker, with a Public House Darkness. It too was outstanding. It was quite smooth, and the chocolate came through.As an appetizer we had the Candied Bacon. This was basically thick cut slabs of bacon with a smoky maple syrup glaze. Decent, but kind of heavy.For dinner, my wife had muscles. She reported it to be good, standard muscles in a garlic broth. I had salmon with mashed potatoes and fried Brussel Sprouts. The salmon was very good, only the Brussel Sprouts had quite a number of loose leaves, and not just whole Sprouts.The service was extraordinary, and the dining room, though a bit tight, was really fun with a number of very interesting light fixtures. Definately a place we'd go back to again, especially to sample more of their beer.“

“Words cannot express how happy we are that we discovered this hidden gem when we were simply looking on impulse for an Indian restaurant after a long day. The name seemed familiar from one we had eaten at in Falls Church that was a favorite of ours. And we were pleasantly surprised that they are owned by the same people. The staff here were just as courteous, helpful and efficient making sure our drinks stay full, the plates were cleared away and coming to check on how everything was. The whole experience from the presentation of the food, the portions, the quality of the ingredients, how well it was seasoned and cooked and the pricing for what you get which is a lot was right on mark in every way. We could taste the effort and love that goes into their cooking and how much they take pride in what they do. I think the food is just a bit better seasoned than their other location too. Everything tasted amazing and had our taste buds singing. We could not have asked for a better experience both times we were there for lunch and dinner and we feel most welcomed when we are there. They are wonderful proof that good food traverses boundaries and cultures amd brings people together as also witnessed by the other happy diners there of various ethnicities. Definitely on our list of places to go to and another local business we plan to support very often.Vegetarian options: I personally enjoyed the vegetable pakora, plain saag and chana masala. The only thing that could be better would be a mixed vegetarian option on their main menu either as a entree or appetizer so I could explore more vegetarian dishes before committing to just one.Dietary restrictions: I enjoyed the facts that they were gluten free, nut free and dairy free options as there are times I'm unable to consume these if I'm having digestive issues.Parking: There are quite a few food places as well as a smaller Walmart so parking can be a little challenging though we had no problems finding spots.“

“We had a karaoke birthday party for my teenager, and the kids had a great time! We got a party package where they provided a large private karaoke room, 3 pizzas, and soda for 15 people. (Warning: 15 teenagers singing their hearts out at the same gets LOUD!) Chorus had it set up so that you could either use their karaoke system or switch to YouTube, so the kids were able to sing anything they wanted. There were also other features (too many to list) that made the karaoke way more special than anything we could do at home. The place was clean, and the people working there were very kind and helpful.“

“Normally, I try to avoid eating at airports, especially at non- national chains. However, a few months ago I found myself at IAD with a long layover.We stopped by Bar Symon and it is potentially the best food I have ever had at an airport. I chose the Fat Doug Burger which has pastrami and swiss cheese on it. The menu may be limited, but what I got appeared to be well thought out and very nicely executed by the kitchen. I was pleasantly surprised and did not anticipate having such a good, burger at an airport.The server was courteous and took great care of us during the time we were there. She checked on us several times and quick with drink refills. The food was brought to our table quickly, and tasted as though it was fresh made. I do not fly into IAD frequently, but when I return, I will be certain to go Bar Symon. I just wish there was a freestanding one of these near me or even at my home airport.I noticed they did have a beyond burger for the vegetarians.It is airport food, so it is going to be pricy. However, it was in line with what i expected to pay at an airport and what I got was superior to anything else I have eaten at an airport for this price point.Vegetarian options: Beyond burger, plant based protein.“

“The Philadelphia Tavern is located downtown and there's plenty of parking. Be careful crossing the railroad tracks. We were immediately greeted and waited on. Service was good and the food was great. My wife had fish and chips and I had a Philly Cheesesteak. We both enjoyed our meals and quite honestly was almost too much. Only issue was the sodas were rather flat. Ambiance was nice and had the old told pub feel.“

Ricky, and Mr. James provided me with Unforgettably great Hospitality. I recommend this Place for Auto-Mobile Enthusiasts, as that sorta is the Theme surrounded by Pool Tables and Arcade machines. Happy Hour is on Point; with great Snack Foods. I would not call them a DIVE BAR, I believe that since they have been in business for so many years that they have a higher standard outside of getting paying customers as drunk as possible. I'm going to continue to personally recommend this Place to my neighbors upon my next extended stay in Herndon- Reston.“

Great party room available upstairs.Parking: The library garage is just across the block. It's only a 3 minute walk. There are some lots nearby but this facility does not have any dedicated parking.Wheelchair accessibility: Not built with Ada guidelines, but you can wiggle through with a wheelchair.“

“I've been going to this Houlihans for many years since my workplace is nearby. Its attached to a hotel and has always been well maintained and clean. Big benefit I think. Food has always been excellent and the wait staff very friendly and attentive. They also have a great bar area for happy hours which I've done with my friends and work associates many times over the years. ????Parking: Parking isn't a problem most nights, but there have been a handful of times when I had to park around the corner because it was full. They share parking with the hotel, obviously, so when there are hotel events or big HH nights Houlihans front parking lot fills up. There is additional parking but its around the other side of the restaurant. It's only a few extra meters so not that big of a hassle.“
