Today we ate at Mel's Café. We were welcome by a very high energy and knowledge waitress. She gave great service with loving humor which we enjoyed.Now the food was off the chain, if don't know what that means, the food was delicious. My girlfriend and I did not know what to eat first.Mel's was just the place we were looking for, local owner, great food and great atmosphere.Wheelchair accessibility: They made sure I was comfortable
The food and service at Mel's was amazing. We met the owner Mel and such a wonderful person. Also, the waitress was energized, with great customer service , welcoming, and family oriented. The food was so good.

My first time at Mel's Cafe was amazing. The staff is most friendly and courteous you ever will find in the restaurant business. The food is extremely tasty and delicious. I had 8 piece wing ding with mashed potatoes and gravy and string beans topped off with a slice of lemon meringue pie. The sweet tea was awesome that I could resist a refill of it.
