what a horrible experience we waited so long for our food the waitress took our drinks never came back with them and forgot about our food as why it took so long she then said she was throwing the chicken tenders back in and making them fresh we had to then wait another 20 min for those we ask her what the problem was she acted as though it was her fault and or the kitchen and there was a mix up if some fort so we then wait after the kids fiod came out another 20 min for the...read full review
Manager Joy is a dishonest and unprofessional manager. I had a problem with an order and she looked me in my face and told me the problem was corrected-NEVER happened. Second incident with her.
Manager Joy is very unprofessional and very dishonest. She lied to my face on 7/22 about a problem I was having with an on-line order. She refused to help with the problem and lied to me again on 7/27 before hanging up the phone. I now have to dispute a credit card charge with my bank, only because she refused to take care of the problem and lie about it
