It annoys me when a chain restaurant just can't execute on their own plan. If you tell me to take a number and sit down for my food and then make me walk up and take a takeout bag back to my seat, why offer that service in the first place?
One thing I do know how to do very well is have great customer service. You have a girl working the window that obviously was unhappy with her job and neither could she count. If you she was paying attention the same dime she said I was missing she gave me right back. As for the manager at the second window if you speak to someone don’t tell them whether they spoke to you or not. You should always be mindful of what people may be going through.
