Melanie is the reason why my family and I continue to come to this winery. She is truly the best manager ever. She’s so sweet and goes beyond the extra mile to take care of my family. Richard and Jeremy are also particularly amazing people at this winery. Some of the best memories I share with my family have been because of them. This review doesn’t do justice to the experience they provide for us.
We stumbled up in this place as we were looking for "something to do" as we were boondock camping in our Airstream along the Shenandoah (for which I have ANOTHER great review coming!!)Let me start by saying the wine was AMAZING! We aren't wine snobs, but we LOVE a good wine. Our flight was 2 whites (I loved 1) and 2 reds (I loved 1.) Literally the best wine tasting experience ever! My mother reserved 2 igloos and they let us stay for 4 and a half hours! We were buying wine bottles and clearly my uncle had a great time. The igloos were nice, the inside had blankets, a blue tooth speaker, and heater. Our waiter Matt was friendly and funny. My family and I definitely made some memories!
