Cold food. Stale chips. Hardly an entire scoop of chicken. I ordered 2 things and kept being rushed down the line being asked by 3 different people what I wanted on the bowl while someone else was asking me what I want on the burrito. Asked for items on the side and I don't know if they don't know English or just purposely don't listen -- they just threw it on top instead. The servers here seem to think they are making the food for themselves, not me. With every ingredient, I keep having to ask for more because they skimp on food. With what I pay, I refuse to be skimped on.

Please ask your cooks to cook the rice. Rice is not supposed to be hard and crunchy. I have been to lots of locations and they all have the same issue. Uncooked rice can cause FOOD Poisoning and digestive issues!!!! Thanks!
