Worst Taco Bell. They make you wait in the drive through line until the car before you received their food. That’s not how drive through windows work.

My boyfriend and I stopped here on a road trip yesterday and needless to say we’re definitely going somewhere else next time. We went inside and ordered on the kiosk and then waited 15 minutes for our food. No big deal but there was no one else inside and the drive thru only had a few cars in it (I wouldn’t consider it to be busy). Finally we received our food. We each got a grilled cheese burrito and they were both burnt to a crisp. I wish I took a picture because they were literally black on each side. My boyfriend didn’t even try to eat his, but I peeled the burnt cheese part off and sufficed it because I was starving. My soft taco was ok, nothing special. My boyfriend also got 3 Doritos locos tacos and couldn’t even eat the third one because the first 2 were basically all sour cream. We didn’t even try our 2 Cinnabon delights because we were scared. The bathrooms were gross, the table we sat at was sticky like it hadn’t been cleaned in a while. And I also work in fast food so I’m not one to complain! It just sucks we didn’t even take the GC burrito up to the register to ask for a new one or a refund because I know those Taco Bell workers don’t give a crap lol. Just avoid this one.

Got there expecting to get hot food….Chalupa wasn’t hot or warm or toasted at all. That fine, but still woulda appreciated it not cold. And they didn’t call my name out for my order just put it out on the counter no hello or have a good night.

Horrible!!!! food was cold and not cooked one bean burrito was actually in a soft Taco shell. order taker didn't know what it was that I wanted instead of a meal I got separate items 16.00 instead of the usual 6.99 box that he wouldn't ring me up for. It won't let me add pictures worst experience ever at a Taco bell.
Waited for 25 minutes in the thru today. I couldn't leave because I was stuck in the middle of cars in front and behind me. Not sure what the problem was, I just hope they get it fixed. The food was okay according to my daughter.

Ordered the chicken quesadilla, at 6pm, and it was inedible. Tasted 24hrs old…chicken and cheese were hard and the sauce was non-existent. Really unappetizing. The worst one I’ve ever paid for and tasted. Hard tacos were good.

I walked in to get some food for my boyfriend and was told that someone would be there in a moment. I ended up sitting there and waiting 20-30 minutes while being ignored to take more orders from the drive-thru. They had seen that I was still sitting there and did NOTHING. So, my boyfriend went in to order through their kiosk and half of his order was missing. When he tried to address this issue they literally ignored him. Terrible service.
