“Had an awesome time here! The milkshakes were amazing!! Peanut butter is my favorite as well as Reeces, so the “build me up buttercup” was right up my alley. My wife loves cheesecake, so she got the “Sweet Cheesus” and loved it. Will be back again for more. The owners were pretty awesome too! Dan and his wife were very down to earth, helped me and my wife with the student discount, and even treated us to a free treat sample to taste test something new. Just being in this atmosphere made me want to invest because I can appreciate innovation and creativity in a business. The music of choice was great and well thought out also. The place was super clean too; so its fair to say that I love it here, and I’d HIGHLY RECOMMEND checking out the location for some top tier milkshakes!“

“This is by far the best boba in Lynchburg (and my favorite anywhere) always cooked perfectly! Boba swirl is my favorite flavor. Definitely recommend trying their bubble tea!!!!Also the first time I had this was catered at a wedding, such a fun idea!“

“Ive been a customer of joe beans since they opened. Its the best coffee around. Not a fan of starbucks because of the bitterness of burnt coffee...Joe Beans is always "A Warm Hug in a Mug".Vegetarian options: Vegan options offered.“

“We have been long standing customers of Joe beans but our experience today made it so I had to leave a review. Our daughter accidentally spilled the extra large latte we had gotten for mom. After we got it all cleaned up we came back through and shared what happened with our barista and she did not even hesitate to replace our drink and was so apologetic. Great job on training your team well!“

The staff is usually kind of stand-offish but whenever there has been an order issue or delay they are always more than helpful and kind with making sure you still have a good experience. I didn't know until the other day that they have punch cards for smoothies and bowls, so make sure to ask for one so you can get your freebie :0 The jack-fruit sliders are amazing.Vegetarian options: Most if not everything is vegetarianDietary restrictions: If you are vegan, gluten-free, or dairy-free this place has so many options for you. Wish there was more options when it comes to sweeteners- monk fruit would be great.“

“I had not eaten here before but I decided to drag my very picky mother in law here for lunch. She didn’t have a single complaint, not one and she always finds something to complain about. Tortillas are fresh, meat was tender and so flavorful. She got chicken and chorizo tacos and I had Al Pastor and Quesa Birria tacos and all of it was just magnificent. They were generous with the onions and cilantro as well as the salsa. The beans that come with it were simple but oh so tasty and the cantaloupe frescas was delicious and refreshing. I can’t say enough how delicious everything was. The lady at the window was very friendly and helpful too. I will be dragging my husband here sooner than later.“

“Clucking good chicken sando! The mighty sando (mild) is my go to. It's a large piece of chicken that hangs off the bun so it's filling. I prefer no slaw on mine as I find it can make the sandwich a little soggy. Ranch dressing has a great flavor, but I'd suggest making it a bit thicker so it doesn't drip as much.“

“Me and my Fiancé have become huge fans of crisps wraps over the past year or so. The food has always been phenomenal, but recently the staff atmosphere has been too! In our past 2 visits there we were warmly greeted and had pleasant conversations with the young lady working there. (I don’t know her name but she has short dark hair and is very friendly) not only is her service outstanding, the wraps are prepared wonderfully! The brightness she brings to crisp has been a night and day difference l. I hope the manager sees this so they can understand what a great staff they have currently. We hope to make many more trips to Crisp and are certainly encouraged to do so but the atmosphere change due to the professional, kind staff they have at the present.“

“I ordered delivery (food and smoothies) and my 2 smoothies were not delivered. (Not the stores fault, that was DoorDash‘s fault). After DoorDash wouldn’t respond to any of my texts, I called the store and spoke with the general manager of the Lynchburg VA store. She was absolutely AMAZING, understanding, and extremely apologetic (again, not the stores fault at all). She went above and beyond to make sure that I was happy and replaced the undelivered smoothies. It’s very hard to find good customer service, but she was by far some of the BEST customer service I’ve ever had in my life. She definitely needs to be recognized for her awesome work and positive attitude!!“

“Absolutely the best smoothies around Lynchburg!! I have become a regular at the Lakeside location, (literally sometimes 3/4 visits in one day) and must say that's not only bc of the phenomenal smoothies, but the friendly staff always greets me with a smile! I stopped by yesterday for their Grand Reopening under a new owner and let me tell you David and his family truly care about their guest and their experiences.. So no matter if you've had a negative experience in the past here, (was blown away when I saw 2 stars) come check out their amazing varieties ! My personal favorite, Pineapple Surf add bananas, try it if you are u certain of what to get.. you will LOVE it!!“
