“Amazing find. Out of all the Latino Restaurants I’ve tried while finding my favorite Al Pastor tacos this is on top 2.
Best part, it’s a drive-thru which is a WIN/WIN for any mom with kids in the car. Reasonably priced, healthier than Taco Bell. ❤️

“While in the area and needing to waste a little time I stopped in for a Blizzard. It’s been many many years since I’ve had a Blizzard, so I was happy to get one again. The young make working the register, Chris was very helpful. I asked what the smallest size was and he showed me the cup. He was friendly too, even thanking me for my business when I left.
The Blizzard was made quickly and I sat in their to eat it. The dining room was clean and very orderly. I even visited the restroom while there and was surprised to see if so clean.

“The food and service was excellent as usual, but I find it odd that you literally can't get regular mustard at a place where it costs 40 dollars for three people to eat. I feel like this is a basic condiment and the shelf life of packets is such that they could keep some on hand. Admittedly a small complaint but glaring for a company so focused on customer service.“

“Beware of which Subway you go to. I haven't really had an unfixable issue at the Cross Creek, Bragg Boulevard, South Raeford Road, or Northgate Shopping Center locations. But other locations make me angry, such as the bad attitudes at Bingham Drive and people putting staples in my sandwich at the Skibo Road location in front of Burlington. Enjoy, but be careful when you do.“

“Fast service, clean and good burgers great greeting when I arrived and very attentive. The person who helped me I believe his name started with a J, he was helpful and went extra in being professional and courteous all with a good attitude.“

“My order consisted of 2 meals. A deluxe chicken sandwich meal and a 12 pcs nugget meal. The cost was around $23. The sandwich and nuggets were fresh but the fries were just warm and resembled what you would get at the end of the bag.

I’m not a fan of Chik-fil-A but I gotta admit that they do a great job at food service. The food is consistent from restaurant to restaurant and the staff at every location is always friendly and welcoming.

Lastly, I’m glad to see that they no longer serve drinks in a styrofoam cup.“

“We were driving on Friday, July 5th from Raleigh, NC to upstate New York and came thru Fredericksburg to get gas at the Wawa and food at CFA. We ordered through Mobile Drive-Thru. Not only was our food order perfect, it was excellent! The team member at the window, Trinity, showed excellent guest engagement, asking about our 4th of July and then about our travels. My husband has worked for CFA for almost 16 years in Louisville KY, and my son is a trainer there. I also worked there for 2 years. They both said the food and service was stellar. We will be back next summer!!!“

“Brought my family after the football and soccer practice and I definitely have to say this was hands down the best experience we have had in MANY years!!! “It's hard to beat the value for money Cook Out offers. The food is great for the prices and you get plenty of options. As far as I can tell, they make your food when you order it so you're not getting garbage that's been sitting in a warmer for unknown intervals.

“I'm new to the Fredericksburg area and live in Spotsylvania but close enough that Fredericksburg is where everything is. It was late. I figured I'd make the typical fast food choice, and this so happened to be the closest Taco Bell to my location. My expectations were low as it was around 10:00 p.m. there were already two cars in the drive up normally the service at fast food restaurants degrades as the night moves on however I can say at this location specifically they were very efficient and patient and kind and whoever was on the line that night was particularly good at their job as everything that I requested was there and in an appropriate amount of proportion. Proportions have taken a huge hit over the past few years, and it almost seems like companies are trying to use fewer ingredients, still charging the same amount. At this particular Taco Bell location, that is not the case. From my experience, I will be returning to this location for all of my nighttime random craving needs absolutely. I can only imagine that their daytime and mid-shift service is just as good, if not better. I highly recommend it for anyone either driving through or just having that late-night craving.“

“Great food. 🥘 A lot of hot chicken places overcook their chicken. It’s usually dry and not truly “hot.” The chicken was cooked perfectly and hot to the degree requested. The waffle fries stir out. I was thinking something like Chic-Fil-A but they were much better. Fried okra was also perfectly cooked. Not soggy and overdone. Definitely will be coming back.“

“Friendly associates and the establishment was very clean. Great customer service. Can't say this about the new store in Glen Allen, VA. We approached the register and we said hello first mind you. The guy didn't say anything to us. Fifteen employees there laughing and carrying on. So unprofessional. Place was dirty also.“

“I visited this location a few weeks ago. It was clean, and the food was delicious. My only issue was with the service. I had placed an online order and gave my name at the counter. A short woman with an undercut and black hair was very rude, telling me something about “doing white tickets first” and implying that, since I was a DoorDasher, I had to wait.

A younger woman with ginger hair and eyeliner quickly corrected her, explaining it was a call-in order, and the older woman never apologized and stormed off. The younger employee then made my food, handed it to me with a smile, and later approached me in the lobby to sincerely apologize, saying that’s not how they conduct business. I learned she was just 16 and at her first job, and I respect this location for hiring younger workers—my first job was also in fast food.

The older employee’s behavior was inappropriate and should be addressed, but otherwise, I had no issues and would return.“

“Raising Cane's may only have a single item. That item however is the most delicious juicy chicken tenders east of the Mississippi. The Texas toast as well is legendary among connesoiurs. Crinkle fries tie the experience together and then there is the Cane's sauce to dip everything in. 10/10 everytime“

“Just sharing this review in response to Kerry Adkins' post. I was there, right behind her and her husband when she became absolutely irate. It was quite comical at first, but embarrassing to say the least. She was yelling about this event she had to be at and that she paid so much money for this food. It was quite the scene, and the husband was trying to keep his cool and composure. I'd say if you have an event that you have to be at for a certain time, maybe have better planning. Your poor planning is not someone else's fault. Take some accountability. I have three toddlers who have a better temperament.

Overall, I would say that while you were correct in the fact that the food did take a little longer than normal (DQ was pretty busy at dinner time) the way you portrayed yourself in public is what makes you wrong.

By the way, less than a minute after you left and forced your husband to leave for this "event" they brought out your food that you "paid so much money for." Check the photo, right beside my labeled bag that I was waiting on.“

“I ordered online and there was a certain ingredient they were out of, so they asked me about a customization to make sure the concrete would be ok for me <3 after a really long day it just made me happy to have them do the little extra mile for me when they could have just cancelled the order to not deal with it. “I have had some issues with this Arby's in the past. I don't know if it under new management or they finally have a good crew but the last few times I have gone have been getting much better! I am on the carnivor diet so I get the bigger sandwich and just don't eat the bun when we go.“

“Actually impressed by the new Waygu Bacon Ranch burger. Loved their Orange Creme shake and hot hot hot crinkle fries . Second visit and update: New 1/4lb shaved brisket with sweet sauce delicious but messy. Two side orders mac and cheese. One was refrigerator cold and the other piping hot. Both the apple turnover and cherry turnover were delicious but served without any warmth at room temperature ... sad. Meal had possibilities but staff needs some guidance.“

“Clean bathroom, quick service, and the young man on register was delightful. Probably one of the better we days we've stopped at, and it's one we just happened to hit on a road trip.

“This was about my 4th time having my order taken by a worker at the Central Park Chick-Fil-A named Jacob, and he is great! Always has a smile on his face, and always made sure that my order is correct. He also recommended to me a drink called the Pineapple DragonFruit Lemonade, and now im obsessed! “My experience during my last visit was by far the worse at the Tidewater Trail (Rt 2) location. I go to this location multiple times on a weekly basis, my last visit I was not so pleased. I bought the peach shake that I truly enjoy, I buy one at least 3-4 times a week and the this time I was not so pleased. The shake cost $5.11, it was in a kids small cup and was only filled 3/4 and after bringing it to the employees attention, he said that's the size cup you get and the amount is what the recipe calls for, sorry. I asked him would he be happy if he paid over $5.00 for a shake in this size cup and only 3/4 full and he said probably not. So instead of things escalating and hurting his feelings I just left.“

“Best Taco Bell in the country. I've been coming here for nearly 25 years and the employees are always friendly and food is always fresh. Not too fond of the nearly $1.00 upcharge per item you get extra sauces on, but i get todays age is expensive, just shouldnt be that costly to your consumers. Keep up the great work!“

“We were passing by on our trip back home and found this beautiful purple building. Service was speedy, the woman taking our order was very nice. But the best part. The grilled cheese burrito I had ordered must have been made by a higher power. Not only was the burrito hot and ready as I was. Not only that , it was marked properly with beef and steak. The first bite felt as if who ever was cooking gently kissed the burrito and placed it in the bag and cried when we left with it. I have never ate a better burrito in my life. It was everything I could have wished for and then some. Whoever was working on making the food on 05/05/2025 around 7:00pm deserves to be on Gordon Ramsay and a Medal of Honor for making my hunger cease for the coming future. Thank you whoever you are, you have changed a life today.

“Today was the day devoted to the Special Olympics Games 2022 in Orlando, Fl. Apparently all the profits were donated to the Special Olympics so I decided to do my part. I ordered a Portabello Sub, cookie and gave a small donation to support the Special Olympics. It wss a bit busy in the restaurant, but the line moved quickly. The food was delicious as always and I I hope they never take away the portabella mushroom sub. I 'm so glad I could help a great organization to raise funds for their huge event in Orlando, Fl. “This Sonic is close to home, but they never have app ordering on, and as someone who mainly goes for drinks that means I don't get app pricing. I eventually gave up and started going to the location in Southpoint, it's further away but at least the app works there.“

“Traveling through Fredericksburg, VA and needed a little something to fill my belly. Sonic Drive-In was the perfect thing. The wait time via the drive thru was minimal, so we jumped into line. Was surprised to see a sign that stated “cash only.” Wasn’t bothered by it since we had cash and we placed our order. After a minimal wait time we were at the window to get our food and pay. The cashier was “very” pleasant, courteous and apologetic about the “cash only” option for the drive thru. Apparently, Sonic was a victim of the global outage by Microsoft systems software that only affected their drive thru lane only. While we were happy to pay via cash, the cashier was gracious and thanked us for being SO understanding. Total visit was a 100 out of 10, on all levels. Would come back again, and again for this level of customer service experience. Enjoy!“

“I’ve been to many subways in Fredericksburg, by far this subway is my favorite . Just by chance I popped in, ordered my usual tuna sandwich, and their tuna was superb!! There is a subway closer to my office but the drive is well worth it. Clean and friendly staff.“
