“As a Texan many people assume I know good barbecue. What I had here was some of the best barbecue I have ever had. The meat was so tender and flavorful. The cornbread melted in your mouth. I have never found any where as good as this place in my area of Texas. The enviroment was super friendly and inviting, everyone was beyond nice. I absolutely adored The Bone and WILL be back.“
“Great food, reasonable prices. You might drive right by it and not pay any attention to it, would be a mistake you should stop in and try the food highly recommend. Their wedge salad is the best I ever had. That one bartender in the picture no longer works there for good reason.“
“The food was great, the service was not so good. They have your typical teenager helping in the front. It was our first time visiting, and we had some questions, and the front lady was not very helpful. Our food took about 20 minutes, but it was fresh and really tasteful. This is more like a fast food concept restaurant and has a lot of take-out orders, not a sit down and enjoy your food restaurant. But you definitely need to try the rice bowls“
“Sure, you can find some decent BBQ here, but if you’re on the hunt for some authentically crafted Korean cuisine, this place will totally satisfy you. I brought my parents here—both in their 70s and visiting from Korea—and this restaurant delivered an experience on par with the finest Korean dishes back home. The kimchi made with ‘gat’ (갓김치) was exceptionally good, and the beef bone and cabbage(우거지) soup could easily rival the specialists in Korea. The side dishes, steamed eggs, kimchi pancakes, and fried dumplings were also top-notch. And I can’t leave out the friendly service—it was spot on!“
“This review is for the ANTICHUCHO - Marinated chunks of beef heart skewered and served with Peruvian corn and grilled potatoes. The flavoring on meat with dipping sauce was on point! The potatoes were seasoned well although I wished there were a few more pieces. The giant Peruvian corn over salad was refreshing! I would love to try more items from their menu.“
“Tried the wings here tonight with my husband, habanero, and honey Bourbon. THE BEST WINGS I've had in a long time. The ranch was homemade, the blue cheese was delicious also. Stephanie and Zoe were wonderful in providing service, Stephanie was on top of cleanliness. Will be going back.“
“The food here is awesome. The service was definitely on point the bartender was friendly and the drinks were what they were supposed to be nothing was watered down. The food looked better than any pictures that were published which is a definite plus. It's a friendly atmosphere you will enjoy the fact that everyone there wears a smile. Comfortable atmosphere. It's definitely a place I'm going to return too“
“My mom, her friend and I ate here several weeks ago. We were quite blessed to be served by Brenden. He came right up, sat right down, gave us the lowdown on the day's specials, provided us with most excellent service, and kindly turned down the blaring music so we could enjoy our conversation along with our meal. Only when prompted, he shared that he moved to Va to help care for his ill father. The food was very good except for the ribs--not quite up to par. Praying for you and your dad, Brenden.“
“For my very first time experiencing Korean BBQ this place has set a high standard. The food was delicious, good quality meat. Excellent service. Our server was helpful and quick to respond to any need. I would highly recommend Qui. Definitely on my new list of favorites.“
“A weekend or so back, I attended the Purcellville Music & Arts Festival, which was held in the Fireman's Field park, if memory serves correct. At that time, only parking was at Emerick Elementary School, but there's also closer parking at the community center lot. I actually opted to park in a residential neighborhood, as the street was closer to the event.Well, good thing is dogs are allowed. And I remember it was a "rain or shine" event, which was good, seeing as how it certainly was drizzling at the time -- and likely had rained well before then.A lot of food trucks at the event, in the Fireman's Field area. I beheld a Fords Fish Shack truck, one for a pizza I'd never heard of, and some kind of southern or soul food.No idea of anything, and kinda glad I saw the food truck for the "What the Heck BBQ" at last. This was my first time ordering something here, so at the food truck I just asked for popular choices, and went to knock 'em both out.Brisket and Pulled Pork topped the list, so I got a 2-meats plate with them both, and with flavored Mac and Cheese and Texas Baked BBQ Beans on the side. Packed three small cups of BBQ sauce, one regular and the others of the spicy variant.Ate out at one of the lone picnic tables near the entrance to the park.It was a nice afternoon and the rain had stopped. The brisket was good and so was the pulled pork. I liked the sides more than the main dish, for some reason. Mac and cheese was heavenly but prob had a lot of calories packed in. BBQ beans were spot on, and complimented the meat with their own BBQ sauces. All in all, a close home run and well done for what was essentially a to-go order -- yeah, planning was not outstanding. All in all, great food truck selling barbecue meat and foods. Great Mac 'n cheese by the way. Who knows, hopefully one day I'll swing by the store in Chantilly at least once.“
“I came here with low expectations. I'm very particular about BBQ and figured it'd be like other bbq places with dry brisket and fries that were overly salty and bland.Mission was not that. The brisket is like butter. The fries are seasoned perfectly without any need for ketchup. The service is friendly and personable. The prices are very reasonable as well. For years we bypassed Mission in order to go to other restaurants nearby and I feel stupid for doing so.When in Gainesville, Mission is now my number one place for food.“
