It's pretty standard as far as frozen yogurt places go. Never had a bad experience in terms of the dessert. However, the customer service experience here can be inconsistent, so I have to deduct a star. I've never seen the same employee here twice, which means depending on who's behind the register, you'll either have someone who's nice and cordial, or someone with an attitude, which I've had happen before. My family and I loved the concept and the great tasting frozen yogurt. The type and amount of toppings was great, enough for variety without being overwhelming. The owner is pleasant and great to talk with.Highly recommend and will be back.
