My family recently stayed at the hotel. One individual at the front desk was extremely rude, condescending and lacked empathy when they charged my sisters card 3 times. Not only for the cost of the room but also for the daily fees and incidentals. She, at the front drsk, basically shrugged her shoulders and said it'll be 3 to 5 business days to be reimbursed over $1,400.
