Middle Eastern spot with standard wrap/platter options, close to Dulles Airport in a strip mall. Food is average; they pitch their gyros but the meat was quite bland (though it was tender). There isn't much seasoning or sauces in their wraps (basically you just add white sauce as you like), but the tandoori breads (which go in their wraps) are hot and fresh.
Been in the mood and since I had the best Gyro ever last week at Grill Kabob Express in Manassas, I thought I’d go back to the OG in Herndon. Unfortunately, it wasn’t as good as I’d remembered. The Gyro I got yesterday was not that great. I’m still not sure if the two are affiliated but the Gyro here in Herndon was $11.99 and the one in Manassas was $9.99. Whatever you do, DO NOT order a combo platter for lunch - it's too much food! I'm a big eater and I usually need more than the usual meal portion. The combo was too much food even for me. Service was perfectly pleasant. Food was good. I feel like the flavors were a little sweeter across the board than I'm used to with kabobs, but it was solid. Meats were grilled to perfection, of course.
