“My family and I had a great experience at Cafe Rio in Herndon! I recently tried to use a bonus code, but the system accidentally overcharged me. Fortunately, Felipe and the rest of the staff immediately acknowledged the issue and took the time to make it right. They were professional, understanding, and genuinely cared about fixing the situation. They even provided a gift card for the inconvenience, which I appreciated.

I used to be a regular at the Ashburn, VA location, and since it closed down. I’ll definitely be visiting the Herndon location more often.

“The people working there are great but one thing I would like is when we take something away on a customized order that the overall order would be filled in with the other stuff that you leave for example if you don't take some of the toppings don't kind of replace them with other toppings that you selected so it's a little bit equal value If you get everything it seems like you get more quality for the dollar but if you don't like certain things you take them out you seem to get less overall product but the people are very nice“

“My wife and I were pleasantly surprised. Despite living less than a mile away, this was our first visit. We'll be back. She had a pupusa frijoles, queso & chicharron, and I had the Baleada de pollo. We shared sides of rice and beans. The pupusa was the best we've had, and the rest was equally tasty. I asked about their horchata, as I've had that often in the past, but she brought me samples of all their drinks: horchata, tamarind, melon, and two others, maybe maracuya and Maradona.

Portions were large. We'll be back.“
