“The food and service was 100%!!! We indicated on the reservation that we were celebrating an anniversary. They had menus printed with a personalized message for us when we arrived. They also gave us a glass w/candies inside including the menus as a gift. This was not expected and was a nice surprise.”
“The best vibe and amazing customer service . Food is a 10/10 I learn something new today as well . Thanks for great lunch”
“Long post ahead, warning! I walked in around 9 pm and the hostess didn't bat an eye at my dining alone, and didn't say anything about it, which I appreciate. I was seated right away with no problems and immediately got a chance to look over the menu. I will admit, it took a little bit longer than expected for my waiter to come over, but as a lone diner I sort of expected that. I looked like I was waiting for someone, I'm sure. The look and feel of the place was very upscale, but they didn't have any problems with me walking in wearing a nerdy t-shirt. I was seated in this cute little booth for 2 with curtains on the side so, if I wanted a more private dinner, I could have it. It was a cute touch! The restaurant also offered patio dining and since it's by the creek, that would have been a downright charming experience were it not the usual Maryland summer. Despite having a bar, the restaurant was respectably quiet and low-key, making it an easy dining experience. I wasn't in the mood for something wild, and this place really hit the nail on the head. My first waiter Kevin, however, was the picture of polite helpfulness. He answered all of my questions, made some wonderful suggestions, and was incredibly pleasant to talk to. I was delighted to find out that this place takes part in DC restaurant week, so I was able to take part in that promotion. Under a suggestion from Kevin, I ordered a glass of their moscato (I wanted something light and sweet), and the wine was so good I brought home a whole bottle. Not really on them, but it does reflect their excellent selection. Dinner itself was delicious. The red pepper soup was refreshing and flavorful, without being too filling. The steak I ordered was cooked to perfection and was flavored in the perfect way to make the actual flavor of the meat shine. The potatoes were both light and fluffy, but also had the little chunks of potato that I prefer in my mashed. The best part was desert. About halfway through my appetizer, Kevin introduced my other waiter, Maddy, who took over after he went home. She was as much of a delight as he was, and made possibly the best recommendation of the night. Desert was this blackberry tart that I did not have room for but could not put down. Gooey and crumbly all at once, with a warm center that was almost caramel-y even though it was fruit based. Topped with a light cream to balance it all out, it was absolutely delicious. I will be thinking of that tart all day tomorrow. The prices on the menu were a little high, but I wouldn't go so far to say they were unreasonable. If I had wanted a cheaper option, I could have gone to any chain restaurant ever. In the grand scheme of downtown Frederick, with it's many small businesses and one of a kind dining experiences, I think this was reasonable. For reference, a lot of meals were between $20 and $30, but a good steak is almost always $30+. Despite the price, I had an exceptional dining experience, and would 100% recommend this place to anyone looking for upscale dining, without the upscale requirements.”
“First timers, was excellent food & service. Will definately return on our next visit to Leesburg.”
“Had Father’s Day lunch buffet today and it was truly amazing. Huge variety of dishes that even 1hr wasn’t sufficient to try everything :) I’m vegetarian and all the dishes were super delicious. Some of my favorites are Mango Lassi, Dahi Bhalle, Cocktail samosas, Aloo Puri, Live dosa counter, Jackfruit biryani, Fruit custard and moong dal halwa.
Staff is very friendly and organized it so well. Totally worth the price and we all had great time!”

“I visited Cassanel for the first time in December 2022 it was the last of 4 wineries I visited that day. Long overdue review shame on me. Some friends and myself like going to different wineries every time we have a chance and I honestly been coming back to Cassanel more than any other winery I thought I liked before. Let's begin with the staff, the amazing people who works here always welcome everyone with an amazing smile and warmth atmosphere. Theresa was the first person I meet and she is beyond amazing. Such a beautiful human being. Never been a wine person because always end up with that one wine super dry and strong flavor that I couldn't drink. The have not one wine that I can say I didn't like....but do have my favorites José Rosé and Dolce 😍😍 Yesterday (June 26, 2023) had the opportunity to meet Mr. José who's been with them for over 12 years and takes amazing care of the grapes, then got to meet Mr. Nelson (the owner) he is a wonderfu man and full fo good vibes. We had a wonderful conversation full laugh and now I understand why this winery is so amazing. 100% recommend, wines are delicious and affordable.”
“✨ A huge thank you to Travinia Italian Kitchen Leesburg for catering our event yesterday! ✨ From the moment the food arrived, we knew we were in for something special. Every dish was absolutely delicious — fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. The service and setup were equally impressive, with everything handled seamlessly and professionally. We’re so grateful for your team’s attention to detail and hospitality. You helped make our event not only successful but memorable. Highly recommend Travinia for anyone looking to elevate their next gathering!”
“The food and wine are always outstanding and the hospitality is inviting, warm, and professional. Echelon is a staple for us when visiting RVA. Their Leesburg location is just as wonderful. Highly recommended for wine and appetizers if you’re on the go, or a relaxing and leisurely dinner if you have time to dine. We’ve tried an array of menu items and have swooned over each one. Book a table or grab a seat at the bar and try for yourself!”

“Delicious food! We got two different wraps with the mixed meat. Full of flavor. And OMG the fries were perfect! We both tried the strawberry basil cocktail. Great balance of sweetness and very refreshing. The service was great and we enjoyed talking to the employees. Great atmosphere. We sat on the patio. And the decor is fun with the records and Virginia artists and famous people all around.”
“Omg! What a treasure this place is if you’re looking for authentic Italian cuisine. I picked up a whole Tiramisu imported from Milan (frozen) to share with my BOOKCLUB ladies after reading Tartufo. It was not cheep, but oh So worth it!! I’ll be back. The owners are very helpful and sincerely charming. I felt like I was in the old country :)”
“Just stopped by Nautical Bowls for a tasty açaí bowl. I ended up getting both açaí and pitaya topped with bananas, blueberries, and strawberries, chia, chocolate nibs, and peanut butter. Simply the best açaí bowl I’ve had!!! Thanks so much for a great experience!!!”
“🔥 MELT in Leesburg, VA – Where Burgers Become Royalty 🔥 Today my taste buds officially moved to a new zip code — Flavor Town, population: MELT. My wife and I finally made it to MELT in Leesburg after hearing great things, and let me just say… shame on us for waiting so long. Debbie, the owner (and now part-time head-bopper), greeted us like we were long-lost cousins showing up late to the family BBQ. When I told her it was our first visit, she gave me a playful bop on the head with our table number and asked, “What took you so long?” Touché, Debbie. Touché. Now onto the burgers… and yes, they deserve their own paragraph. I ordered the A Jazzed Up Swiss Burger — and let me tell you, this was no run-of-the-mill meat puck. We're talking Gruyère so rich it probably pays taxes in Switzerland, Black Forest ham that must’ve taken a first-class flight in, baby bella mushrooms sautéed to perfection, and a tangy smear of whole-grain mustard tying it all together. Every bite said, “Sir, this is not fast food — this is fine dining between buns.” My wife had the Paris Burger — imagine garlic-kissed beef topped with brie so creamy it probably auditioned for a romance film, with balsamic onions adding the drama. Let’s just say she stopped talking mid-bite. That’s how you know it’s good. The vibe? Casual but classy, with staff who treat you like family (the good side of the family, not the ones who borrow your tools and never bring them back). And yes… in a moment of grilled beef-fueled euphoria, I may have proclaimed myself the Burger King. Debbie gave me a look. I instantly realized my mistake. This isn’t that kind of burger joint. “Great meal at The Conche. We did the three course wine pairing and it was excellent. Salvador, our waiter was very knowledgeable and welcoming. Nice atmosphere and good vibe.”
“This winery is great if you are looking for a good wine and peaceful place. It’s small but it has a great atmosphere. Their wines are excellent! I love their wine and chocolate praline tasting. We like this place for birthday parties as well as it’s usually not too crowded. Their outdoor is large with many places to sit. The indoor is small with just few tables. But as I mentioned, most of their members typically pick up their wines to go so it’s never an issue to find a spot to sit. The only negative thing I can say is that my kids don’t love going there because it’s not much to do for them, and the parking lot could use a bit of love. But we are members for about 6+ years and we truly like their wines. My family makes wines in Slovakia and I took them there as well and they enjoyed their wines a lot as well!”

“The place was empty, but it wasn’t a big deal for us. The food was very good, especially the bread. I guess they make it in the restaurant. The bread had fresh and tasty flavor…. It smelled so good… My chicken marinara was yummy! 😋 The service was good. Nice waitress was working with us. There are a lot of free parking spaces behind the restaurant.”

“I was there last. night (Thursday) and the Octopus was delightful as was my 'ordinary' salmon plate with their delicious veggies....The home sparking pink wine served in an unusual goblet was ample and perfect (a substitute for the more expensive Brut when they didn't have theirs cooled._ The alternative was just as good. I'm no connoisseur but I know a good meal when I'm finished. Food ample and the less expensive dishes looked just as appetizing as the more expensive ones. I want to try almost everything once....”

“We visited Leesburg last month and found this gem! And now I’m back home in PA watching the snow fall, realizing we have no groceries and craving their baked goods and breakfast sandwich! We ended up visiting twice while we were in Leesburg and my only regret is not visiting a third, fourth and fifth time. I can’t remember the name of the danish I had but it was like a sweet French croissant. (Side note, we had the ham and the bacon and egg sandwiches and they were HUGE and so yummy!) 5 STARS! *****”
“Weird Brothers is my go-to coffee shop. All three locations. I absolutely love their coffee, and I purchase the beans to make at home. The atmosphere is unparalleled. After living in three states and metro areas the last few years, I can easily say that Weird Bros is spectacular and incomparable. And they are active in the community. And the owner likes Pantera. Love this place.”
“NOT family friendly! We were rudely asked to bring the kids table inside when our grandkids were sitting at it. Joe was condescending and emphasized he didn't want us there all day! When I went back in to clarify what he was trying to convey he said he wanted the kids table inside. There were NO other children needing the table and they do not have any high chairs. This coffee shop is obviously NOT about the family. Joe was rude and was very annoyed with our family. It was obvious to us that kids and family were not welcome!! Very upsetting!! We will NOT be going back and will warn other families about this place.”
“my first trip to CRUMBL - had many a taste before but DAAAAMMMMMMNNNN! so i’m hooked. service was fantastic. ordered on line before having the app but still. love the way business is done also. ordered and told them when i was there. and they were straight up when they gave me an option for two of the flavors ordered being out but would have more in a short time. i appreciated the honesty”
“This was our first time. The food and service was great! We will definitely be back.”
“My wife and I had season passes for several years now and enjoy the variety and quality of the music, the reasonable price, and the fun crowd energy. The yummy wine, beer, and food trucks make each concert even better”

“Pupatella is a great spot for delicious food! Order the cannolis. The zesty lemon flavor with the creamy ricotta and salty pistachios was to die for! I’m ordering them to get delivered to my hotel for the second day in a row. The shells are yummy as well. Great place- good people- wonderful food. ☺️♥️”
“Stopped into Chefscape for a pre-movie dinner. Colombian’s Place is really excellent food! Husband and son both had the Bandeja Paisa. They are foodies, and couldn’t stop raving about how good it was. Portions were huge and beautifully presented in a wooden plater. I am not a foodie but I am picky. I had the CP salad and the cheese arepa. Both were delicious. The chicken seasoning and house dressing for the salad were amazing. The cheese arepa was light and yummy. The (I assume) owner came over not once but a few times to check on us and tell us about the food. It was obvious he really, really cared about our experience and wanted to make sure everything was perfect. It is so rare to see that these days and it made a great experience over the top excellent. Add to the fact there was also good music playing at the venue, all made for the perfect chill, delicious Friday night dinner! Will totally go back!”
“Really amazing food - tastes so great and all the ingredients are so fresh. Light, just right amount of Thai heat (online order is very detailed to get exactly what you want), tasty sauce and seems so authentic and not "processed." Home delivery is fantastic - quick and hot.”
“The Docket is a staple for us in downtown Leesburg. They have a solid selection of bourbons and ryes you won’t see in most bars for very fair prices. The bartenders are talented mixologists. They’re quick, personable, and have fun doing what they do. Highly recommend.”

“I had an event for St Patrick’s Day catered by Spanky’s Shenanigans. If 5 star is the top, this was 10 star. The food was absolutely delicious and more than plentiful. People raved about the Corner Beef and Cabbage and Fish and Chips. The food arrived in a timely fashion and was hot. Kolt the manager could not have been pleasanter or easier to work with. I look forward to future catered events with this restaurant. Cathleen”
“I had a great Lunch at La Chocita Grill. I ordered the Peruvian-style rotisserie chicken it had a deliciously crispy skin and was incredibly tender inside, with a strong charcoal la brasa flavor that really stood out. The rice was spot on too. My server, Sandra, was friendly and attentive . Highly recommend this spot if you’re looking for a tasty and satisfying meal! (I usually Take photos for my reviews but the food looked too good! lol)”

“We’’ve been coming here for 4 yrs and we love the beers, service, ambiance and the employees and owners! There is nothing to domain about except when they run out of the beer I love! A diamond in the rough for sure. And if you like wine, it r between 2 great wineries!! Love the owner! A must try!!”
“This property is breathtaking! The most beautiful view when you walk in and amazing wines. I did the wine tasting and it was a great experience. Great selection and service. Highly recommend!”
“Incredible place to dine at for wonderful food , good company and more plenty of tvs to watch the games. It also has a wonderful front patio, to enjoy meals or just hang out. I highly recommend The Green Tree!”

“I was driving back to Philly on Sunday and as I pulled into Brossman’s Family Farm was delighted to spot the Bomburger Food Truck. I had the grilled cheese sandwich, which was amazing.
