“First-time customer and did call-for-pickup (ready in 20 mins); arrived and young gentleman immediately greated me and surprisingly apologized to me, that my 12" pizza wasnt ready and needed 10 mins. Appreciated his honesty and sincere customer service (kinda rare these days) offering me a drink and dessert on-the-house. No issues on my end taking time for quality food and service. btw, tasty pizza and philly-cheese + great fries (light+crispy) + tiramasu! we'll be back!!!“
“5 stars for the pizza alone. I have almost given up on finding really good pizza in this area, but this place has the perfect pizza for me. Thin, chewy crust, lots of cheese, not too saucy, and good balance of grease from the pepperonis. Vocellis is good, but not my style. Ledo Pizza tastes like they just heated up frozen pizza. And other places were just not memorable. But Aroma is great. I want to say it’s a proper New York style pizza, but I have never had pizza in New York, so can’t validate. Does the staff sound like they just discovered that they work at a pizza place whenever I call? Yes, but they make up for it with the food.“
“I’ve personally visited this Tiny little pizza place twice now and man is the food good, the customer service was a genuinely nice change of pace from what I’m accustomed to from your typical pizza place. Highly recommended for carryout and delivery.“
“Visited today and I ordered a thin crust pepperoni. Took it home and the parchment paper was under all the toppings. I took it back and they remade it no issues and quickly. The owner apologized but it wasn't her fault and I told her exactly that. Second time around we are good to go thank you guys!“
