Tokyo One is a cozy, family-owned restaurant with consistently good food. The atmosphere is usually quiet, perfect for conversation. The hibachi grills can get a bit loud though. The sushi is extremely fresh, vacuum-sealed to maintain quality, and 'the Chris Roll' comes highly recommended. It would be helpful if tamari was readily available for gluten-free diners, and if dishes were labeled for specific dietary needs. Overall, Tokyo One is a great spot for a delicious meal with attentive service.
