“My wife and I have gotten bubble tea from everywhere in Lynchburg. This place was ok when it first opened, but over the past few years it has become excellent. The price for the amount of boba that you get is unbearable. The bubbles are always cooked correctly which I can’t say for most the places in Lynchburg. The flavors have the perfect balance of sweetness. Best of all, the owner is always excited to see his customers. The owner truly loves his business and enjoys putting out a quality product. I’m always happy to spend my hard earned money at a place where I’m greeted with a smile and feel like I’m getting the best product. Highly recommend this place as the only place to get boba around here.“

“Whenever I visit family here, I always try different coffee spots. But after finding 5th Street Grind, I think I can stop looking for the best one. I not only appreciate the kindness of the owner but that he experiments with his specialty lattes and doesn't just do what everyone other coffee shop is doing. If you are visiting in the winter months, I highly recommend the Sicilian White Mocha, which has hints of orange! Will definitely be back next time I'm in town.“

“We got the sampler box and honesty I only got half of the Carmelized Onion roll but it was so delicious! Gooey carmelized onions running through the whole flakey pastry made me regret sharing it at all and I was sad when it was devoured! The girl knows her pastry! Better try it!“
“Good coffee located right next to the awareness garden. It's really nice to sit in the garden with a cup of coffee after a ride or walk on the trail. They have several specialty lattes, so far I have tried two of them, and both were delicious.“
“We have been long standing customers of Joe beans but our experience today made it so I had to leave a review. Our daughter accidentally spilled the extra large latte we had gotten for mom. After we got it all cleaned up we came back through and shared what happened with our barista and she did not even hesitate to replace our drink and was so apologetic. “I like this Cornerstone Mission House. The mall location is nice but is the mall. The DT location I do not care for as it is just an odd location and not a coffee feel room. Thus this location is my favorite and a place I enjoy visiting.Well priced, nice staff. Often crowded during the school year.Cheese sandwiches are great, breakfast is average. Coffee is good, not gourmet/highend coffee but good.“
“Such a cute shop, nice 4th wave coffee shop in Rivermont! Never would’ve expected that to be there. The barista working was super nice and explained their menu. The shop itself has a nice theme with darker colors and lots of plants. Coffee itself was amazing. I got an iced eggnog cappuccino, which wasn’t too sweet and the espresso shot was paired nicely with it. My husband got their tonic holiday drink which he enjoyed. My brother enjoyed his drip coffee. Overall awesome experience!!“

“This place is great! I ordered an iced coffee and it was delicious, my friend also order an iced chai and it was beyond expectations. We also got chocolate muffins that were so good. The employees were very friendly and helpful. The space was so cozy and overall a great atmosphere.“

“I study at this location at least twice a week. They do a great job always handing out free samples and they always have water on hand. This is my favorite Starbucks in the Lynchburg area. Luke and Grace are super friendly. Luke greets everyone who walks in and is always smiling. I love this Starbucks being my third place.“

“I came at 830am on a Friday and the place was busy for one server. Amy is absolutely amazing you would have thought she was the manager. She is kind and fun and knowledgeable about the menu and offerings. She literally was handling all the business on her own and was an absolute professional. She is an all star. I ordered the eggs Benedict with fried green tomatoes and it was the most delicious thing I’ve ever eaten in my life. I knew I’d like it but I was shocked how much I loved it the flavor and texture was perfect. The roasted potatoes are also amazing and different from what I’d normally expect for breakfast potatoes. Absolutely phenomenal unique flavors best breakfast experience I’ve had in a long time“
“We liked the coffee and shop, however the prices increase dramatically if you would like to substitute milk. The cold brew was a bit watered down and the normal coffee was good, just not anything special. The lattes are good and they have a great selection of flavors etc. I do recommend though!“
