“This place isn't recommended several times to my son and I and it's report card season so we decided to go out for good grades. Rivermont Pizza did not disappoint. There was live music upstairs. The place above rivermont Pizza and the food was phenomenal. They had both traditional pizza options as well as really unique flavors. All in all this was a great experience!“
“My Dog Duke’s is definitely in my top two favorite places to eat, especially their breakfast! Their sausage gravy tastes made-from-scratch. Same for the grits. Their biscuits are baked, sliced, and then grilled adding an extra dose of deliciousness. The Belgium waffle with berries and homemade whipped cream is also a must. I definitely recommend sharing that with at least one other person though. It’s huge. The food here is top tier in quality & taste. Portion sizes are good too.“
“Such a cute shop, nice 4th wave coffee shop in Rivermont! Never would’ve expected that to be there. The barista working was super nice and explained their menu. The shop itself has a nice theme with darker colors and lots of plants. Coffee itself was amazing. I got an iced eggnog cappuccino, which wasn’t too sweet and the espresso shot was paired nicely with it. My husband got their tonic holiday drink which he enjoyed. My brother enjoyed his drip coffee. Overall awesome experience!!“
“We ate at The Bistro at Acorn Hill twice this month. The food was awesome as always! Wanda and her staff provide warm and friendly service each time we're there. “Amazing experience!! Everything about this restaurant will have you reminiscing for weeks. The atmosphere is so unique and upscale, and not something I would expect to find in Lynchburg. The craft cocktails are delicious and I couldn’t get enough of the food!! Incredibly high quality. My personal favorites were the empanadas and the wings. I look forward to seeing what changes are made on the rotating menu.“

“We hired Joe's pizza van for our evening food for our wedding and it was amazing! My husband and I are quite picky with our pizza but this pizza is such good quality pizza! “We liked the coffee and shop, however the prices increase dramatically if you would like to substitute milk. The cold brew was a bit watered down and the normal coffee was good, just not anything special. The lattes are good and they have a great selection of flavors etc. I do recommend though!“
“Food was really good. My waitress was really really nice. BUT the hostess was not very accommodating and tried to be very difficult with us. We asked for seats inside but after 50 minute waiting, we got seated outside instead. Honestly, the hostess was just very rude to us. People who came in before us and after us got treated very differently.“
“My wife’s biscuits and gravy were awesome. The sweet potato pancakes were the best I’ve ever had. I usually smother my pancakes in syrup, I didn’t use one drop. They were so moist and delicious it would have been criminal to change the flavor at all. And our server was very efficient and friendly. This is about 2 hours away from where we live but we’ve already decided it is worth the drive.“

“A couple of friends and I tried this tonight and it is so good and the guy was super friendly!! was deff a nice treat! I got the chocolate chip cookie infused with peanut butter w chocolate ice-cream! And it was pretty well priced compared to the other places that make the ice-cream sandwiches and this adds a diff twist which I would've expected to be higher but it wasn't and that was nice!“
