We ordered online. I arrived to pick it up and the hadn't been started. I ordered 2 steak and cheese subs, which both arrived without cheese!!! I called a manager the next day and was told the people working "were in training". I asked why no one was there training them. Manager said nothing she could do. Poor management seems to continue to be an issue here.
Zakiyah delivered the best customer service I have experienced in the 2 years that I have lived in Virginia. Food was great but would return just to talk to her again. Beautiful soul.
