“Love five guys. From the burgers to the fries. Today is our 55 wedding anniversary. Here we are.“

“Our office ordered 8 different orders from the Midlothian location via the Five Guys website. Was told that the order would be ready in 10-15 minutes. I was greeted the moment I walked in and they were putting the finishing touches on our order. The lady that was finalizing our order was very nice and made sure that everything we had ordered was in the bag. Once I got to the office, everything was in the order in which we ordered on the website by their number sticker system. It was perfect and I was able to get everyone their lunches without any problems. Every single one of our orders were exactly how we had asked for them to be made. It is great to see the ladies that were working on 5/01/24 during lunch rush make sure that our order was complete and that we had everything we needed (ketchup, napkins, etc). I recommend Five Guys (especially this location) to anyone that want a good tasting burger! Thank you, Five Guys, for making our lunch meeting a successful one.“

“Went there Tuesday ...they DIDN'T have any fries! How do you run out of fries!??? The side dish to every meal!... luckily they had onion rings. Which were .ushy not crunchy..but half the family doesn't like them! So we stopped at McDonald's a few lights up!.The girl at the window was very sweet I asked for 2 paper crowns she joked with me saying of course you must get one! Both the kids were happy!Everything else tasted great!“

“My son doesn’t eat cake, but loves ice cream! For his 16th birthday he wanted a Star Wars ice cream cake. We searched all over to find out Dairy Queen has them. So we went to our local one to be treated horrible. So we reached out to Dairy Queen on Charter Colony to be told they had the image in stock and were sorry how the other store treated us. On the day we picked it up I was beyond impressed! It was exactly the way he wanted and so yummy! Definitely will only be using this Dairy Queen in the future! The staff is beyond amazing, kind, and just plain out wonderful! Thank y’all so much for making this happen!“

“I absolutely love this location! Everyone is always friendly, the hot food is prepared fresh and hot and they're on top of special requests! Their cones are always fresh, crunchy, and filled appropriately with a nice presentation of ice cream. They do their franchise proud! Especially considering the polar opposite of really bad service at the Midlothian Trnpk store!“

“You get a a large quantity of fries, even in a small size... come hungry! I’m not a burger lover , tend to order the hot dog. The menu is a la cart, yet, one can get as many toppings as they want for little to no charge. I did a curbside pickup order today for the first time today and it was also the first time I had ever used Google pay. The experience was smooth. One suggestion I would make would be to double up on the number of parking spots for curbside pickup. The fries were nice and warm! 😀“

“Will is such a charismatic & personable server. His great energy and personality is sure to light up anyone’s day to anyone who sits in his section. He’s taken care of my family the past 2 years we’ve done our annual family meet up.
The food is always delicious. I got one of the egg benedict’s and it was sooo savory 😋

“Honestly, we received great service from the manager and staff tonight. We had a party of 14. They were very attentive once we got seated. The wait was long for seating for our party size, over an hour. The food was all right - good for an Applebee’s! The mixed drinks were a bit weak for our taste, but overall we were pleasantly surprised and happy with our experience.“
