“Such a cute place. It is very popular so make sure you get there early or ready to wait but either way it's worth the wait. We had a great time and loved the waitress, she made the experience very fun and very helpful in our food choices. “We wanted to surprise our design specialist for her birthday yesterday. Hitch: she has Celiac's so gluten-free was an absolute must. My husband typed in "gluten-free cupcakes near me" on his phone and found Indulge. A pleasant voice on the phone said they had a gluten-free carrot "muffin" (later, looking at the menu, I saw that it was also "vegan"). We were able to pick up a dozen. She was so surprised. Ate one myself: unbelievably moist and flavorful, great mouth feel, heavenly cream cheese icing (which I doubt was vegan, but I'm sure that you could pre-order without). I can't wait to check out the rest of their menu!“
“I ordered through DoorDash. The food was AMAZING!! I got the S’mores Latte, the Reuben Sandwich, and the chicken tenders with fries. The next time I get food from here, I’m going to sit inside. I’m sure the atmosphere and service would match the great food! We live in Hampton so it took awhile for the food to get here, but everything was packed nicely and the food was still mildly hot when we got it!! That was the best Reuben sandwich I had in a long time!! The chicken tenders were nice and crusty on the outside, and tender on the inside. The hand-cut fries were delicious!! The S’mores Latte tasted awesome, but I know it would’ve tasted more like s’mores if I would’ve gotten it at the actually facility. I would recommend going here 100%.“
“The greatest culinary mystery of Hampton Roads is how Taste makes their multi-grain bread taste so good! Plenty of crunchy crust, pillowy soft interior, thick enough to where it holds up the sandwich ingredients, but not too thick to where it overwhelms the other ingredients. My go to's are the Beach Club (roast beef instead of ham) and the Northender (Swiss cheese instead of Havarti and house dressing instead of basil mayo). Don't skip on the house or hot house dressings. The bottles aren't cheap, but it's the chef's kiss to these sandwiches. And major props for having Dr Brown's soda and Route 11 chips! Parking is usually a challenge, so if you get a spot on the street, count your blessings. Plenty of seating and there's also a lot of grab and go options as well.“
“Came to check it out and overall great spot with good food. Staff was friendly and service was prompt, even being peak time. Coffee was good and grabbed a seat at the community table (which meant no wait). Menu is extensive and covers typical American fare for breakfast and lunch. Got the breakfast tacos and swapped thr beans for potatoes. While it all tasted great the potatoes were on the salty side. For the tacos and just adding jalapeños doesn't denote flavor or mean is "southwest". Still great spot and would come back.“
“Really cute little café with absolutely amazing food. We got in at 11:20 and I had the breakfast Montecristo on French toast. My partner had a chicken sandwich. We also bought some baked homemade goodies to go. The owner is a professionally trained chef who has worked in various locations as an executive chef. Definitely worth a visit or getting delivery!“
“When me & my partner walked in, we didn’t know what to expect. Everything from the food, the service to the atmosphere is 10/10. Cozy, sweet people, sweets & delicious food. I got a turkey Ruben & butternut squash soup - AMAZING! My partner got a shrimp burger - he said it’s a 5,000,000,00/10. So good that we made a second order of the same stuff TO GO. Anytime we are in the area, we will be back. MUST try. Everyone who’s written bad reviews must have been having a bad day because this is in the top two best restaurants I’ve ever been to. “Definitely coming back here again, love the vibe of the place, good food, fast and friendly service. Everything was flavorful and filling. The Kimbap is the best for sure. I honestly love the menu scan option because it eliminates paper waste, and for people like me that have anxiety I don't always like to talk to waiters so it's convenient to just order and pay for your food online in my opinion. Y'all got a customer for life.“
