I am really disappointed in this location. My husband and I have been here twice- the first time, half of the ingredients weren’t ready and it was only 7:30 pm when they don’t close until 10. Today, we tried to order a kids meal for the first time and they were not helpful at all in putting it together. My son loved his cheese quesadilla, but he’s 1, so that’s not saying anything. Ordered online and had three different drivers go in to pickup my order, the second driver left, made a separate delivery, came back, and the order still wasn't ready, he waited over 10 minutes and canceled then the third driver was 15 minutes away, still wasn't ready when he arrived. He waited at least 15 more minutes. I didn't get the order until an hour and 20 minutes after the original estimated arrival time. Two bowls don't take over an hour to make, that's crazy. Every time I come in here the manager Sarah (white lady) constantly gives me issues. She micromanages the employees in front of customers when they are making the food. My mobile order was wrong. she tried to charge me for extra toppings inside of my bowls, then did not involve a protein. If it wasn’t for Sarah I would come back every week but she makes me hate this chipotle.
