Whatever woman is there today (2/4/24) needs to be fired. My bf ordered me a white mocha and was told they don’t have them. The guy there with her showed her where it was in the computer and it was entered correctly according to the sticker on the cup but she made something else. When my bf went to wait for the drinks to be made the person behind him ordered a white mocha and that incompetent trash told him the same thing, that they don’t have them. I feel bad for the guy having to work with her. Starbucks’ is way too overpriced to be given the wrong order. Please don’t scrape the bottom of the barrel for people to employ because this is beyond unprofessional and unacceptable. This kind of thing would drive people to other coffee places like the black rifle, they’re just as good and actually cheaper. I’d rather drive a little further to get the right order than deal with ignorant people.

On a freezing winter morning, I asked for a hot decaf. They did not have decaf. What they served was a half hot & half cold coffee after a long wait.

I went to this Starbucks this morning and received one of the best caramel ribbon crunch drink I have ever had. The guy at the counter was very well mannered and made sure my drink was to my liking I asked for extra caramel and the amount of love that was placed in my cup was something to remember. Me and my wife was so appreciative for his service and we recommend this Starbucks to everyone that sees this post.

As a whole, bottom line, me nor any of my family will NEVER be coming back to this Starbucks again. My daughter and I stopped in the Ocean View Harris Teeter specifically to go to Starbucks. That was a huge mistake. The barista (young guy), I guess he was trying to be helpful, but no, he was very condescending towards my daughter who was giving a complement to the artwork (drawing) that one of the employees has drawn on an advertisement blackboard. The person who drew it wasn't working at the time, so my daughter asked him to relay the complement to her. He quickly tried to "correct" her by proclaiming a pronoun for the person ("Alexis") by saying "Them/They". How freaking rude!! That's not for him to decide how my daughter talks! And "Alexis" wasn't even there!!Then he proceededed with our order and my daughter specifically asked for no ice in her drink but he explained blah blah blah about how the drink was made... Ultimately my daughter asked for extra matcha and NO ICE. Well, when we got our drinks hers was NOT how she ordered it AND instead of NO ice, they filled the cup up to the top...with EXTRA ICE. Also my own drink ("toasted vanilla espresso") had the worst after taste!! So much so that I could only drink part of it. Ultimately we spent just under $20 for nothing. I don't take it at a loss per say, because the one solace I take from it was the money goes to Starbucks and not the barista who was rude.

Took forever. The young man took all the orders, then decided to make all the drinks instead of going one by one. Well I paid, 15 minutes later he was still on customer number 2 and I’m number 5 so yea. I left. Thanks Starbucks waste of 5 bucks

Been to this location 3 different times and the young ladies who work here are so rude and should not work with people . They act like why are you here why are you talking to me . Rolling of the eyes and talking about the customer in front of the customer. Drink tasted horrible. But at the other location down the street they are sweet and kind and informative. But this location the 2 young ladies should be fired .. Not trained but fired...

Terrible! I am a frequent Starbucks visitor so I know how my coffee is supposed to look. I ordered a venti iced shaken espresso (that I ALWAYYSSS get) and I noticed it was foamy as I was walking out but didn't think much of it. When I got to my car the foam finally went down in the cup, it was a little more than half filled. I went back in there so they can fix it. The employee tried to tell me that's how it comes and I'd have to pay again for a full cup. yes she was serious. I asked for the manager and of course they weren't there. I asked her to just add coffe and milk to it since she didn't want to add more espresso. The other girl took the cup and added milk to it. I won't be going back EVER. Sucks because I'm new to the area in that location is really close to my house and convenient their loss

They don’t know how to use the star system and instead of learning they lie and say they don’t redeem them. I only know it’s a lie because I have redeemed stars there before. Honestly the customer service is the worst I’ve even experienced.
