This is the tiny Starbucks inside the Harris Teeter off of Oceanview. Because it's such a small operation, I noticed quite a few times, ingredients and supplies would either be running low or completely out and I wouldn't be able to order the drink I wanted. This happened a few times when I ordered an iced latte that I wanted with oat milk and they had run out of oat milk! How?! I was having a stay-cation nearby before leaving the VB area and was happy to find a Starbucks near my hotel in this Harris Teeter! However, the customer service is lacking. I've had two different barista (Jen and I didn't get the name of the other young lady) and both gave the impression they were being bothered, to the point Jen forgot my food after making my drink and the customers after me. I went to this Starbucks this morning and received one of the best caramel ribbon crunch drink I have ever had. The guy at the counter was very well mannered and made sure my drink was to my liking I asked for extra caramel and the amount of love that was placed in my cup was something to remember. Me and my wife was so appreciative for his service and we recommend this Starbucks to everyone that sees this post.
