I don’t believe it’s the actual store to be honest. It’s the app. You were able to make a time for pick up & now when you order off the app, it goes straight through to make. So, I apologize to the employees because it has happened twice now & they were uncertain but still made me a fresh coffee. I appreciate that customer service & it believe that every company should be that way to their customers. No longer temporarily closed - visited on October 9th 2023Very clean and nicely done renovations. It was very welcoming inside. The bathrooms were cleaner than I expected and they had good hand soap! I ordered a dozen donuts and the employee helping me pick them out was so kind and friendly. I didn't get her name though. Would definitely visit again!
