“Great neighborhood Chinese takeout place. Hunan-style dishes are spiced nicely. Egg rolls stand out from other stores and are plump and well-filled, nice thin and crispy wrappers. Portions are generous, entrees are always very hot, and the prices are fair. We go here frequently and have our regular orders but haven't eaten anything that was not good. Also, may be late to note, but we appreciated the measures they took during the Covid-19 pandemic to ensure minimal contact and consistent distancing/masking. Overall, glad to have a good Chinese takeout in our area. There are some that are closer but we always will choose to come here.“

“I’ve been eating here once a week for a year now. Food isn’t super flavorful but the veggies are incredibly fresh and cooked perfectly, and they are extremely consistent in both speed (<5-10 mins) and in how the food is prepared. If you’re someone that likes consistency in what to expect this is the place for you.“

“The take-out Chinese restaurant offers a wide variety of dishes, and the food is prepared and ready promptly, typically within 10 minutes of ordering. The hot and sour soup is particularly noteworthy, standing out as one of the best in the area. Additionally, the lunch menu's orange chicken is delightful, with a unique infusion of actual orange rind that avoids being overly sweet. While savory, the pork with dried bean curd was slightly saltier than anticipated but satisfying when eaten with rice.“

“My waitress, Krisdalys, was absolutely fantastic:
She was so kind, compassionate, friendly, attentive and courteous, as well full of joi de vivre with a luminous spirit.
The food was so delicious, as well, and I am so stupendously glad that the Veggie Chang’s lettuce wrap is back for which I had a craving for more than a year.
Thank you so much, Krisdalys, for your wonderful service and PF Changs for delicious food.
Luminous blessings abound, evermore…:)“

“It’s been a while since I’ve been to PF Chang’s, so on Sunday, a friend and I went there for lunch. From the moment we walked in, until the very end, our service was flawless! Our server Ty was amazing, providing us excellent service, anticipating our needs before we even said anything, his cheerful demeanor brightening up our day. Our food came out in record time and was absolutely perfect. The best part, and the reason behind PF Chang’s elevated level of service, is their Manager. He leads by example, going around to tables, checking to see how everyone is enjoying their meal. This of course provided us with the perfect opportunity to gush about Ty’s performance, professionalism and courteous conduct. This manager, through his leadership, has taken PF Chang’s level of service to what you see in five star restaurants. Keep up the great work, it is truly impressive and make sure the manager is well compensated, because he sets the tone. Also, give Ty a raise, he deserves it!“

“Nice menu for “fast casual” with some flair. The fresh ginger and red chili oil are nice condiments for the noodles. Loved Thai iced tea. So much more I’d like to try.“

“We've been looking for a dependably delicious Chinese food place forever - and we're so glad we finally found Panda House! The food, the service, the prices are all great! One thing we were looking for was a New York-style egg roll - and Panda House has them! They're crispy, tasty, and just the right size! The Curry Fried Rice is delicious, as is the Black Pepper Chicken and the Hot and Sour Soup! We haven't been disappointed by anything we've ordered from there! And the staff is so nice and friendly! Definitely try it out the next time you're craving Chinese food!“

“This is the 2nd Yu's I've been to. Usually go to the Herndon location. This locations very similar but a bit smaller. Menu is interesting in that they have extra vegetarian options. I had the vegetarian buns and scallion pancakes. Buns were fresh but a little bland which is kind of expected from Chinese places they don't kinda know how to make veggie stuff tasty. Noodles are good though, exception.“

“Had another great meal at Yens. Crispy Szechuan Beef, Chicken Lomein, great little dessert bun! Not pictured the great pork potstickers! Nice ginger flavor on those! Service on point, food hot tasty & clean tasting flavors. A gem in our community. Owners are very nice, I witnessed her once bring a fry pan out for customer to try sauce & she thought was too spicy so owner asked what she liked & invented her a new dish, and put it in computer so she could order it again. That sealed it as a winner for me.“

“Must try their mala dry hotpot—it’s incredibly flavorful! I personally love this place, but be prepared for bold flavors as it’s extremely salty and spicy, which can be a bit much afterward. The taste, however, is very authentic. Keep in mind that the setup isn’t the most comfortable for dining in due to the high volume of takeout orders. While the staff will take your order, the service can sometimes be a bit inattentive.“

“Delicious food! I went to Mama Chang's after a long hike and this food hit the spot! The staff was great as they were attentive without being overbearing like at some places. Plus I give them extra brownie points because the group I was with showed up a little close to closing time and the staff remained super friendly!“

“Hunan cafe is my favorite go-to spot in Herndon. The food here is consistently incredible. The ingredients are fresh and authentic.
The crispy beef stood out due to its perfect balance of crunch and spiciness. , Every bite was an explosion of flavor, and the heat level was spot-on, leaving a delightful tingling sensation on the palate.
Besides the food, the service here is unparalleled as well, making every visit a great experience. Definitely recommended!!“

“This place has potential. I had Orange Chicken, Egg Roll, and Fried Wontons.
Fried Wontons had a good amount of meat. The wrapping needs to be thicker. That would make it Great, but "as is" it is still very good.
Egg roll wrapping was great. The filling was Good, but it needs some meat like roast pork just like they make it in NYC. They are pretty good as well.
Orange Chicken is a Must Have. Definitely, one of the best orange chicken I ever had. Not on the menu, you need to order it directly. Highly recommend.
Pricing was average.
I was reading other reviews and people we stating that food is not consistently good. I order again some other time to verify.
Ordered again. I recommend the Mongolian beef. The tofu with mixed vegetables is not that good.“

“I went to this based on a Facebook Foodie group recommendation. I concur with their assessment that this place is good.If you want no frills traditional American Chinese takeout, this is the spot. There are only two tables in there, so there's not really a place to eat at unless you have a quick lunch break or go solo.Prices are fair, portions are good, and food tastes great. We had tried 4 dishes: Singapore noodles, eggplant with garlic sauce, Kung pao, and lo mein. They were all good. Food was packed well.I like it. ??“

“I ordered the beef lo mein with a side of plain white rice. Food was very quick and hot. The lo mein was delicious and the service was very nice. You can't really sit down and eat here though, there are a couple chairs for waiting for your food delivery inside and a small table with 2 chairs outside.
Wheelchair accessibility: There's only a small 1 or 2 inch step into the restaurant but they have a ramp nonetheless“

“My wife’s and my first time here. I had the biang biang noodles thanks to several other positive reviews. I am adding to those reviews. The noodles were delicious and worth making repeat visits. My wife had wontons in chicken soup. She also enjoyed her dish. We both tried the other’s dish and enjoyed them. For desert we had fried mochi. The outside tasted somewhat like a donut. The inside was something sweet. They were quite good.
The place was very busy with most customers picking up their meals and leaving. There are five 4 person tables and three 2 person tables. The Chinese woman running the counter was very friendly and spoke both fluent English and Chinese. The dining and bathroom areas were clean and well maintained.
We will definitely be back.
Wheelchair accessibility: Close to large parking lot. Sidewalk in front has a ramp. Entrance appears to be standard 36” width.“

“My neice wanted to go to her favorite place for her 18th bday, so my sister called the Chin Chin Cafe and they said no problem. They had reserved tables when I arrived so I could decorate. Raymond was the MOD and was very helpful. We also had great customer service from the 3 employees working that night, it could not have gone any smoother! The timing of the food coming out was perfect!! Everything from the appetizers to the sushi to the main course dishes were delicious and plentiful. All our guests, especially the bday girl, were very happy. if you have not tried them yet, do yourself a favor and do so. Thank you to everyone at Chin Chin Cafe for helping to make it a perfect celebrationof our beautiful girl!!“

“I ordered the chicken w broccoli and the chicken lo mein. The chicken w broccoli was very good 10/10. The lo mein was a little different than other chinese food places but still good. The rice was not really good. But overall the main dishes were well made.“

“Fast & cheap Chinese option in the area! My husband and I have found our new favorite Chinese food restaurant. Service was great (we had to call to confirm ingredients), and our food was finished earlier than anticipated. We ordered the crab rangoons, sweet and sour chicken, mixed Lo mein, and spring rolls. We will be back!“

“Our Monday night dinner group has come back here multiple times. The smell is wonderful immediately when you walk in. The host and all staff there are super friendly and always fun to chat with. Our waiter had our whole table laughing every time we engaged with him. Everyone's orders were perfectly cooked, nice sized portions and came out very quickly. I personally love the Malaysian Iced Coffee, Roti Canai and Chicken Satay. Our group had noodle dishes, beef, lamb, seafood....all was wonderful. The flavors are vivid and bright, delicious and clearly comfort food. I promise you, you'll enjoy your trip here. Great food for everyone. Very nice open atmosphere and every table seemed very content.“

“I have been coming to this restaurant for 5 years now and I would highly recommend the lo mein. The shrimp lo mein is me and my wife's favorite. They don't use tiny cocktail shrimp that is typical of most places. They use the jumbo shrimp you would find at a fancy seafood restaurant. Other dishes I have tried were good too.“

“This place is incredible. I am not aware of any other luosifen noodle house in the area. If you, like me, are a newcomer to this style of noodle soup, you are going to be extremely impressed. The bone broth is bracing, complex, and flavorful, far richer and deeper than pho or tonkotsu. Recommend getting it spicy: it brings all the flavors together without being overwhelming. Additionally, the Sichuan menu is one of the best in the area, second only to Mama Chang's and Hong Kong Palace. This place is pretty new and trying to get its feet underneath it. Let's support high quality food!“

“My favorite place for Asian food. I can even describe how much I think about this place in my daily life. Every time someone tell me for dinner I said let’s go there. I just wish it was a little bit more close to my home. They don’t do deliveries all the way here so it definitely worthy to make the trip there… yesssss it does.“

“Excellent dumplings, but a little pricy for the portions. Don't get me wrong, I'll still come back and eat more because it's hard to find such varieties of dumpling flavors. I just wish the dumplings were a little bigger or came with maybe 2 or 3 more on a plate. I ate them all so fast though that I didn't get a chance to take a picture ?
The server was very kind and friendly. She was quick to ensure we had everything we needed and was mindful of all her other customers too.
Hey, if my only complaint is that I want more, that's gotta be a good sign right?“

“I have been trying different Chinese food restaurants around here ever since I moved back to the area, and Hula Inn, which was probably the 6th one I tried, is 1000% going to be our chinese food restaurant of choice from now on. I picked it up for lunch yesterday and the flavors were incredible, I agree with other reviewers who said every bite is like its own happy flavor burst of exactly what you hope for with Chinese takeout. 10/10 would recommend and we are so thrilled to have found our new spot.“

“I just want to say how amazing Ms. Christine and her entire staff is at this particular location. I drive over an hour plus to have fresh, delicious food. Not only is the food fresh and delicious, the customer service is excellent. It’s all because of Ms. Christine. She makes sure you have an amazing time at her restaurant. She will make reservations for you and be sure food is piping hot and ready for you. Thank you so much for being amazing, Ms. Christine! This is a kid-friendly restaurant, but that doesn’t mean parents allow kids to run around and play when others are there to enjoy the experience as well.
Our fav dishes- crispy beef, crispy chicken, orange chicken, chicken fried rice, crab rangoon, chili chicken.“

“Hard-working staff!
Fast wok fry clanging action from back kitchen.
Fresh crisp broccoli after searing wok fry.
Fresh cut, steaming beef stir fry.
Honest Americanized Chinese takeout prepared hot and fresh!
Solid food prices!
Very clean eating area.
Self-serve water station.
Self-serve sauce packets.
Fast uncomplicated service for all THE hard working blue-collar customers that puts McDonald's over-marketed fast service to shame.
Not sure why reviewers would ever try comparing China Cafe to a white linen asian restaurant as this type of comparison is nonsensical. Therefore, anything less than 5-stars is demeaning and culturally marginalizing which China Cafe does not deserve.
And at least two tables seated with 2-4 customers each eating in the restaurant. So yes a great place to satisfy that itch for old school Americanized Chinese food.“
