On 7/8/25 I placed an online pick up order. When I got to the establishment the store was completely closed. Lights off, doors locked, open sign off! I was floored! I knocked on door several times and it was empty EMPTY! I started calling the only number listed over and over and over with no one picking up. Absolutely phenomenal experience at CHIC’N CRAVE in Petersburg! I placed a large order just 30 minutes before closing—four chicken sandwiches, a 20-piece chicken tender meal, and their amazing honey biscuits—and everything was fresh, hot, and made to order. We headed to the restaurant, but when we got there the owner explained that the restaurant had just closed for the evening.
