“First time at Edo’s last night. There was a couple walking up the stairs in front of us as we went in, and when we got to the door, a waitress said “I need that cup” and yanked it out of the woman’s hand as she walked off. She was the same waitress that sat us, but not who took our order. The waitress who took our order was extremely rude almost the entire time. A couple of times she brought food out and put it on our table AS she’s walking by. I stopped her once, to ask if we could have our bread warmed as it was cold. She barely stopped as she said “no.” And continued walking. The waitresses were rude and made me feel so uncomfortable with their terrible attitudes. Atmosphere is a little cramped but it was fine. The food was AMAZING though. It was really hot, and the pasta portions were GENEROUS.“

“First of all, I want to thank Chef Jealender for having the good fortune to meet him, who makes the magnificent Carbonara, and everything was delicious. I also want to thank the waiter Alejandro for such a magnificent experience making the Carbonara in front of us. Everything was spectacular. I recommend this place 100%.“

“Gersi Italian Restaurant in Richmond, VA is straight-up lit. This place is bussin with vibes that are just chef's kiss. The food? Absolute fire. Their homemade pastas are on another level, especially the Limone pasta and skirt steak. And if you haven't tried their vanilla Panna cotta, you're missing out big time. The atmosphere is skibiddi cool, with a perfect mix of cozy and classy. It's the kind of spot where you can flex your riz on a date or just chill with the squad. The service is top-notch too, making you feel like a sigma alpha. Prices are pretty standard for a nice Italian joint, with pasta dishes ranging from $17.95 to $23.95 before tax. And if you're feeling adventurous, their kale salad and homemade tagliatelle Bolognese are definitely worth a shot and the chicken parm slaps! Overall, Gersi is a solid pick if you're in the mood for some legit Italian food in Richmond. Whether you're a local or just passing through, make sure your drip is fire -Gersi is worth checking out! And ask for Erika she’s sigma!“

“Food, service, ambiance....it's all 10/10. Everything I have had off the menu is incredible. The service here is unlike any service I have had in Richmond...they are attentive without being overbearing, incredibly knowledgeable about the wine and food, and so professional. I cannot recommend this place enough. Sit outside if you can, easily the best patio in Richmond.“
