“First time at Edo’s last night. There was a couple walking up the stairs in front of us as we went in, and when we got to the door, a waitress said “I need that cup” and yanked it out of the woman’s hand as she walked off. She was the same waitress that sat us, but not who took our order. The waitress who took our order was extremely rude almost the entire time. A couple of times she brought food out and put it on our table AS she’s walking by. I stopped her once, to ask if we could have our bread warmed as it was cold. She barely stopped as she said “no.” And continued walking. The waitresses were rude and made me feel so uncomfortable with their terrible attitudes. Atmosphere is a little cramped but it was fine. The food was AMAZING though. It was really hot, and the pasta portions were GENEROUS.“

“First time eating here. The decor and ambiance was great. The vibe was good. Our waitress Kelly was awesome. The food was DELICIOUS & portions were hearty! “Found Dinamo quite by accident. A Richmond-centric publication mentioned Dinamo as an aside in relation to another restaurant that had since closed. When we discovered Dinamo was still open (later evening) we decided to give it a whirl. The whirling airplane prop in the front window indicated that, at the very least, things would be not boring. We were coming in towards the end of service and were nonetheless greeted with warmth. Firstly, the bread got me baking again. No small feat. They were out of the T-Bone, which is what both of us were aiming for, and recommended the chicken. I dont like chicken. This chicken was amazing. Im still thinking about the bread and the beans. And the chicken. The Tiramisu was just, simply, decadent. Service, ambiance, food, hospitality…. Cant wait to return Dinamo. We added the“

“Our family has chosen Chianti for over 15 years. We also celebrate special occasions at Chianti. The restaurant is convienent to where we all live. We most often take out of town guests also. The food is always fresh and authentic. I have never, repeat, NEVER, had a bad meal or bad service. For folks that complain that the service is slow, I disagree. Relax, talk to your family and friends, enjoy your meal as you are meant to.“

“Had such a great experience at Pino’s Pizza! Cassie was an amazing server she was friendly, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our meal. “Yum! We ordered take out for the first time ! The fried calamari was delicious (only downside small serving). Chicken parm dinner with capellini, perfect thin chicken with delicious sauce. Linguine with white clam sauce definitely authentic and tasty. Meatball sub devoured by my son. And those homemade chips a hit. We are from NJ and my husband’s family is Italian. Highly recommend!“

“We went for Sunday dinner and to be honest, I didn't really know how our dinner and dining experience was going to be.
We arrived during a bit of a rush .
We were seated in a fair amount of time considering the crowd
Our server came promptly and was very nice and was quite friendly.
our drinks, breadsticks and salad arrived in a fair amount of time.
our orders arrived in a fair amount of time.
All cold food items arrived cold and dinner entrees were at a proper temp and didn't get cold in the window.

My only constructive critique would be that once flow clearly slowed up they started double and triple seating our server so, everyone in our section got no refills, pre bussing , and about 15 to 29 minutes went by until another server who wasn't assigned to us saw how bad it was and offered refills. we're it not for that, our entire section would have had one drink no refills
one breadstick order
and our section went from a great experience to a good experience. This should not be happening with the staffing level that night.
overall we will be returning and very much look forward to it. with a better seating strategy and more staff visits and pre bussing of used items they would be great not good.

“This place is wonderful. The staff are so kind and patient. We were a party of four going on my uncles birthday. We were seated quickly and we placed our orders. “I normally order delivery and every once in a while pick up. I’ve gotten a few items on their menu. The pizza is always great. Once the pizza was a little flat but that’s out of like 20+ times I’ve ordered it. The cheesesteaks are also phenomenal. I’m picky about cheesesteaks since I’m from PA. Now it’s not like a Philly cheesesteak but it is one of the closest I’ve gotten to one tasting like home. The cannoli’s are really good, really sweet. The onion rings are great. Extremely crispy. And mozzarella sticks are great too.

The few items I’ve had that I’m not a fan of are their fries and cheese fries. And I have gotten a chocolate cake. I was expecting a regular chocolate cake but instead of a mousse chocolate cake. And the size of it was not worth the price in my opinion.“

“The Busy Street Cici’s in Richmond is one of the best Cici’s I’ve visited ! I had the opportunity to eat here with my son and we really really enjoyed it . My son has taken his kids here a couple times and they’ve always enjoyed it .
The pizza here at this location just tasted better . It was fresher and the vegetables and toppings tasted better.
Also , the friendly staff is a big plus. The young man Brian and the manager Martin are great people, you can tell they care . Thank you for a great experience“
