As they were just opening but even so the 2 workers where efficient and smiling and genuinely happy. It's infectious for sure and I certainly appreciate that from people who I'm interacting with that early to boot. Awesome job ladies.
Mcdonalds franchises are slack ... always out of something ... this one, like the others, is out of items to make shakes, lattes, and frappes ... it's a rarity to find one that can fill that order ... also a rarity to receive cheerful, pleasant customer service ... IMO it's ALWAYS inefficient management ...

I had to leave the drive-through because the employees at the window had some smart mouths and were very disrespectful. I had just ordered my food but got so upset I just told them to keep it and my money.
