“On 08/03/2022, my wife and I brought our cousins here to celebrate their 50th anniversary. The food and service was excellent. Our waiter was Sean. HOWEVER, during the reservation process, I was asked at least twice if there was a celebration and if so what type. I indicated on both occasions that it was a anniversary. I just assumed that when I was asked about the occasion that this occasion would somehow be acknowledged. It wasn't. (Happy anniversary). I heard the waiter at the table next to ours wish the celebrants a happy anniversary. Also, based on other reviews on this site, I noticed that a dessert was given to the celebrants as a memento. Not to our party. As I said, the service and food were excellent but missing the little "happy anniversary" left me and my wife feeling a little empty.“

“We went to TdB for my son's birthday. We made reservations for 8pm, but weren't seated until 8:20. There were plenty of seats available, which puzzeled us, but we just waited until we were seated. Once we got our table, we had impeccable service by Diago. He was super friendly and very attentive!

The food was very good and the quantity you get is A LOT. Be prepared to wear stretchy pants or a dress! 😁 The fried bananas, potatoes au gratin, spicy sirloin and bacon wrapped filet were the stars of the show for me, while my husband and son loved the beef ribs, sausage, lobster bisque and jasmine rice.

Honestly, we only come here once every few years because it's very expensive and gut busting doesn't feel good. It is worth it if you're celebrating.“

“I dined at the Short Pump Town Center in Richmong on Wednesday, 5/23. My experience began by the host rushing to open the doors for me. I am confined to an electric wheelchair which can make opening doors difficult. I had wine at the bar and then went to a table for dinner. Bartender McKinsey carried my bottle and glass to the table and was greeted promptly by Kali who took my order since I knew what I wanted. My Filet Fromage was cooked a perfect MR. I got an order of wings for my roommate, which he throughly enjoyed. Not my first visit nor will it be my last. Thanks for a great experience.“

The servers are always attentive, and the food well-prepared and served at the correct temperature: warm but not so hot as to burn one’s mouth. It would be downright unfair of me to leave unmentioned my ten-star experience there on Presidents’ Day.
Here’s a summary. We were seated right away. The place was clean. The food was delicious. Prices were reasonable, and portion size was more than sufficient. Above all, however, the service was great! Our server, Peyton B, was the epitome of excellent customer service. He was, from start to finish, professional, courteous, efficient, knowledgeable of menu items, friendly, and helpful. Such top-notch service is definitely appreciated! So, what are you waiting for? Go!😊

“This was truly the best meal my sister and I have ever had. Every item that was brought out, we were blown away with. Our waiter was so nice and helpful. My lobster bisque had nice giant pieces of lobster in it, and the bread they made me to go with it, was beyond delicious. We also got the shrimp pasta, and the filet salad with added shrimp. And the key lime pie to finish.

Dietary restrictions: They were so helpful with my sisters dairy intolerance and made sure her meal was dairy free without us even asking“

“Longhorn is my favorite steakhouse Periodt! I really enjoy the service every time I visit. My preferred order is the Outlaw Ribeye steak cooked medium rare, with loaded mashed potatoes and broccoli. The only reason I’m giving this review a 4 star is because my steak had a lot more fat than I expected. I will most definitely revisit and highly recommend“
