UPDATE: The issue was that after pulling up to one of the curb side location and pressing the button (Screen Acknowledged that Button had been pressed), there was no response after about 3 minutes and there was no other cars in the curb side. Had to go to drive in to get suport. Customer service was a bit poor.
The 5 PC chicken strips should have been listed as over sized nuggets. Only one of five would have qualified as a "strip". Cooked within an inch of cremation. Never has this happened before. Already on the road, but next time I'll be sure to check. Disappointed.
