“We love the other Pancho locations but live on the south east side. So to hear that they opened one 15 min from me was so amazing. They didn’t disappoint!!! The amazing service and outstanding food. Every time we come the food is hot and delicious, the service is fast, friendly and attentive. Our drinks are never under half full and when I ordered some cheese dip with my carnitas they brought it out with my food!! Any location you go to you won’t be disappointed. WE LOVE PANCHOS!!“
“A bit out of the way but worth it. First, everything is made in house, hand ground beef, classic american fare. Secondly, they have a burger for all flavor types. From a ghost pepper cheese burger to a bbq burger, with milkshakes, the variety means you can have a different burger every day of the month and not repeat. Price is great. I wish the burgers were bigger.“
“Delightfully surprised by this place. It was clearly a convenience store at one time, now a hole in the wall style Mexican joint with amazingly good food. They are still doing various renovations, so a bit cluttered inside but honestly that doesn’t matter - this place is all about the food. I had the Carnitas Tortas, basically a pork sandwich. It was so big I only ate half. Very tasty. The red hot sauce has a nice kick to it. They have authentic Mexican drinks available in the old cooler, including authentic Coca Cola in a glass bottle. I will definitely be coming back here to try the many different items on their menu.“
“Fresh in from Atlanta & all I kept hearing about was the famous Hot Smokes at Dillions!!! Had to try it! Gave it a 10 out of 10 & the fries were A1 to!!!! Grandmas Sour cream pound cake was some of the best I've had in my life!!!! Staff treated me like I was family & it was my 1st time meeting them! Food was cooked to order! Next time I'm in town I'm trying everything on the Menu!!!!“

“My family RAVES about the food. I did not try the food...just there to pick up a cake. BUT the chef was my cake ? baker! She also made me #vegan cupcakes. Sweets By Tina @Hershee39 outdid herself...now I can ask for vegan options when I go back to visit!“
“Judging this only from the Easter buffet and not normal hours or menu, it was pretty good. The stuffed flounder was awesome, the pork roast was tasty, but not as tender as I would have liked, however please keep in mind that's just my opinion. The brussel sprouts were delicious and awesome! Salad was a little too fancy for my liking, since I'm a fan more of iceberg lettuce than fancy leaf lettuce. Overall I rated a four out of a five.“

“Walking in the door we were warmly greeted by the cashier/waitress. She seated us and took our drink order. When she returned we ordered, Caprese burger for me and Macho Cowboy for my husband. The food came out quickly. These were good old fashioned, cooked on a griddle burgers that were awesome! if you are ever nearby, you definitely need to stop in for a burger.“

My spicy pineapple Margarita had zero heat. Would have been better with jalapeño slices or something to add spice. The mule was wonderful.the chicken/pimento sandwich was delicious.“

Today I am enjoying his Southwestern Salad $5.99 - made up of lettuce, black beans, roasted corn, red onion, tomato (jalapeno available but I passed) - and I added his beef chili ($1.50) as a side tand added it to the salad - accompanied by Cheddar Cheese, Sour Cream and a very delicious Salsa all presented in a nicely fried Tortilla Bowl with a drink. A very good meal and affordable for the Downtown area.“
“Went to my sister in laws surprise birthday party. Staff was great and the food too !! The whole place joined in on the Birthday song and she was so surprised and also had a wonderful time !!Kid-friendliness: We had our grandchildren their and they had a great time and made friends with other patrons children.“

“I've been to a lot of Red Robin's in my time (dang that makes me sound so old!!), but this was by far the best one I've gone to. What really stuck out was the service, we came when they were absolutely packed, but the staff work efficiently to get over 8 parties seated in 15 minutes. Once we got our table, everyone was so friendly and provided the best service. I cannot begin to describe how wonderful of service we received while here. I hope that everyone working understands that they did an amazing job. I've worked customer service and I know how hard it can be. They all went above and beyond, so we'll done you all and thank you.“
“Good overall. Food always good at 5 guys. Sometimes the service isn't the best but they can get busy and don't have enough staff sometimes so it's not their fault. Atmosphere is alright alright, is what it is attached to the mall. You have to use the mall bathroom.“
