Every time i visit this location, i'm greeted with a smile and a nice greeting. The staff here really do go above and beyond, and that's what you want at any business establishment that you frequent. This location's employees are always polite, professional, and very knowledgeable of the area. This is the only Starbucks I’ve been to with a loft. This review obviously rates their excellent drinks and customer service, but I wanted to note that I appreciate their diaper stations very very much. My daughter did too. Very clean place overall. They remade my drink which was taken by somebody else without a single question!

Nothing wrong with Having good time at work. This Barista not waiting on me, was so loud talking and laughing I couldn't hear the young lady asking for my order. I am hearing impaired. Order was done very well and the cashier had patience with me as I struggled to hear her over the other Batista. Please consider your customer when they are saying they can't hear.
