I was fairly new to Ramen when I came here. The staff were friendly and patient with all my questions. The food was great, and they have some unique options that I haven’t seen at other Ramen restaurants.
When ramen places started getting popular, all I could think of was the oodles of noodles I ate as a kid. I wouldn't even buy ramen at these places. I'd usually get rice and greens based bowls at the places that offered them lol. We decided to hit up Sticks & Spoons in the food hall, a place that’s all about ramen, so I knew I'd have to get it.
