This is a nicer hotel that’s very close to the airport. The only bummer was that the shuttle to the airport in the morning only ran every half hour. Be sure to put your name on the list at the front desk because the shuttle only had room for 10 passengers. Richmond airport is easy to fly in and out of. When I have to go to the area, I’ll often turn my rental car in the night before my flight and take a shuttle to the airport hotel and then shuttle back in the morning. To pick...read full review
This is a recently updated hotel and we have twice stayed there before and after a trip. The desk staff was great -- special shout out to Bruce! -- and gave us goody bags and processed us quickly, including paperwork for our car (park and fly) and for the airport van schedule. Van was on time -- in fact early -- and was quickly at the airport when we arrived back after our trips. Don't let the "small menu" restaurant fool you -- the menu might be limited but the food is great...read full review
