“Stopped by to grab a quick drink. Did not try any food but did check out the menu and will come back to eat some of the delicious food items that they had listed. ! Sat at the bar and the bartender was helpful with helping my husband pick out a beer. She gave him two different samples and he found a beer to drink. It was later afternoon on a Saturday but the bar area was busy but it seemed like everyone was being taken care of and the food that came out looked yummy. It's a cool bar area with lots of wooden accents and just a downhome feel.“

“Very friendly staff and delicious burgers! Gets busy during meal hours so wait times can get long but for the same price you'd pay at a fast food joint, you get much higher quality food. The shopping center in which they are located is small so I do hope they find a larger establishment where they can fit a proper kitchen, that would help with wait times.Ice cream sundae bar is a delight and a perfect treat to finish the meal.“

“It was Smithfield Restaurant Week, so my wife and I decided to take advantage and dine at one of our favorite places, The Smithfield Inn. The warm atmosphere; the friendly welcoming staff; real Southern hospitality service, and the fabulous food. To put it bluntly, our meal was a deal. A 3-course adventure for $30 each. The Inn did not disappoint. 1st course, she had the prosciutto wrapped asparagus with lemon vinaigrette, two light delightful pieces of prosciutto ham wrapped around four asparagus spears. I had the crispy pork belly with ginger lime soy glaze. 5 cubed pieces of adult candy, wonderful. 2nd course, she the Mediterranean Pasta, all vegetarian: shallots, garlic, sun-dried tomatoes, kalamata olives, feta cheese on linguine pasta. A tremendous bowl of deliciousness big enough for the two of us. I had the BBQ Duck Legs. Two grilled leg and thigh pieces covered in a chipotle bar-b-que sauce with mango glaze, served with smoked cabbage cole slaw. Juicy, meaty duck grilled perfectly with just a little heat on the back of your palate. The cole slaw was phenomenal in its own rite with a rich, creamy, smokey flavor. 3rd course, she had the apple crepes with cranberry reduction. I had the mini puff pastry shells with hazelnut cream in a raspberry reduction. Both were incredible. What a way to cap off a gourmet delight. Tea, tax and tip, we spent less than $100 for this lovely night out. Bravo to The Smithfield Inn.“

“I took a trip to Smithfield to visit family and decided to stop in on my way back home… at first I was a bit skeptical but the young lady in the front was attentive, patient and nice. I ordered a chicken salad (small), cheese burger w/ fries and mozzarella sticks ! Everything was yummy! Especially the salad… the only thing I didn’t like was it wasn’t diverse and at first felt very uncomfortable but the lady in the front made us feel more comfortable“

“Must try seafood restaurant. Consistently good food and cocktails. Fresh, local seafood that is well seasoned. Competitive pricing. Laid back marina with upscale tastings. 360 views and little gift shops surrounding the restaurant to walk off them calories ?. --- I have not stayed at the hotel, but if it's anything like the rest of the property, you will feel right at home with a friendly staff and a calming atmosphere. I 10/10 recommend Smithfield Station Restaurant and Accommodations.“

“Such a cute place. It is very popular so make sure you get there early or ready to wait but either way it's worth the wait. We had a great time and loved the waitress, she made the experience very fun and very helpful in our food choices. In few words we just left the place this morning and we are already planning to go back. Go visit and try it yourselves and don't forget to let your friends know as well.“

“What an awesome, cozy, little restaurant in Rescue, VA. The staff were inviting as we walked in and our server was knowledgeable of the menu. This was our first time here and we brought our twin God Daughters with us. The food was amazing! We had the crab dip which unlike most places, had more than enough dip to go with the pita slices. The calamari was also delicious. Both apps were well seasoned. I had the Admirals Feast for my main and she had the Captains. The coleslaw could have used more dressing but that's my only gripe with the meal. The twins had the Key Lime pie and Brownie Sundae for dessert. The whole experience was just great and well worth the 20 minute drive. Will be returning here again in the future! This place is a hidden gem.“

“Great beer, great burgers, great people all in all. I got the bourbon and brew burger with tater tots and it was arguably one of the most delicious burgers I’ve ever had. Also really like the idea for you to serve yourself however much beer you’d like and pay by the ounce. They’ve also got some board games at the front so you can hang out and relax with some friends. Definitely will be back soon“

“Came to check it out and overall great spot with good food. Staff was friendly and service was prompt, even being peak time. Coffee was good and grabbed a seat at the community table (which meant no wait). Menu is extensive and covers typical American fare for breakfast and lunch. Got the breakfast tacos and swapped thr beans for potatoes. While it all tasted great the potatoes were on the salty side. For the tacos and just adding jalapeños doesn't denote flavor or mean is "southwest". Still great spot and would come back.“

“3.9⭐️My husband wined and dined me!We decided on fin last minute, and when we got there we also decided on the 7 course tasting menu last minute. I am not a fancy person at all, but this was nice! One thing I’m not used to, the waiter giving new utensils for every plate! I was like “oooo this is fancy! The service was awesome! I cannot say anything bad about the service. The food… was either hit or miss, let me explain.Course 1- Tuna Tartare, it was so good! The sriracha ice cream was great with it.Course 2- Shrimp and grits, it’s was … pretty sweet. I didn’t think it was bad, I enjoyed it. My husband said it tasted like pancake syrup ? so he wasn’t a big fan.Course 3- Crab cake, damn was this good! If I was to go back, I would order the crab cakes.Course 4- Grilled Octopus, no ??‍♀️ not a fan. It was pretty chewy, and the black beans it came with were so hard, we were confused on if they cooked the beans or not. I just moved them to the side and didn’t eat them.Course 5- Scallops, not bad. I’m not a big fan of scallops, but both tasting menus had them so I couldn’t avoid them.Course 6- Australian Wagyu Ribeye Cap, this was very good! The steaks was cooked perfectly, just yes.Course 7- Chocolate cake with cherry ice cream, SUCH A GOOD ENDING! I’ve never had cherry ice cream but I loved it!Overall I’m glad we got the 7 course, and not the 5. The food wasn’t bad, but I now I feel like I’ve tried everything I want to try from here, and it’s a more expensive meal. So did I enjoy my meal? Yes, me and my husband had a great date night. We didn’t enjoy each course, but the experience was a good one. Would we go back? Probably not. But I would recommend the restaurant if you’re in the area.“
