“We really enjoy this place. They are fun and friendly. The beers are great. The bingo was fun! They loose one star for food. The hot honey chicken sandwich is good, but the chips and salsa were nothing beyond salsa from a jar and bagged chips. The pimento cheese is ok but nothing special. We'll go back and hope they improve the menu.“

“You guise the service is always a pleasure, but I love the fall flavors this was an Apple Dumpling with 2 scoops of Caramel Apple crunch ice cream . I was so surprised to see it was an entire apple in the dumpling so soft and sweet . The best ice cream I've had in a long time hands down .“

“This place brings me back to my childhood. We’ve had sundaes and cones here. Both great. Excited to get a root beer float next time. It’s a little pricey so it is definitely a treat for every once in a while but worth it in my experience. Friendly, helpful staff.“

“Although the seats aren't high enough for the tables, we enjoyed our visit to this relatively hidden BBQ joint. The pork BBQ sandwich, french fries, and sweet tea were delicious. The BBQ is sweet and tangy, but not overly spicy like many other places around the Richmond area. Our waitress was full of energy and attentive. We will definitely visit again.“

“Good restaurant and tap houseWe came in on a weekday for lunch and it was very quiet. Their beer selection is outstanding with tons of drafts. The service was ok, but we were the only ones in there. Burger was excellent, wings were really good, too. We tried the jerk chicken wings and they were VERY SPICY! Really flavorful, too.Great place with a cool industrial vibe.“

“The food was good but their were very few gluten free options. I ate a shrimp Cobb salad. The building was accessible and they had a lift to get me from the upper level to the lower. The staff were friendly. The bathroom was accessible and clean. I just wish there were more GF itemsDietary restrictions: Howlett's has an extremely limited number of gluten free items on the menu for lunch.Parking: It was challenging to park. There are only two handicap parking spaces and they are at the end of the building. The parking lot is shared by several businesses, so it was really full.Wheelchair accessibility: Building was accessible. They have a lift to get between upper level and lower level dining. The bathrooms are accessible and tidy.“

“Typical bar/billiards environment, very no frills and fits the bill for what I was expecting. Clean enough but nothing to cheer about. Food was excellent across the four of us who visited. The wings really stood out and were done just right. Bartender was also responsible for waitress duties so having an extra set of hands to help out would benefit this place despite the friendly nature of the server. Kitchen was a bit slow on a night that wasn't particularly busy to begin with. Still worth going for the food alone. Great prices on the menu too. Solid 4.“

“I got a strawberry shake on Saturday and it was so yummy! We come here pretty often since it has opened up. The staff are super nice. The ice cream is made at Richlands a local dairy farm which is awesome! The strawberry is always my favorite as there are real strawberries in it. They have a tent over the ordering area which is great if its raining and they have a seating area for if it isn't. Lots of parking!“
