“Great breakfast and fast service! I would recommend Virginia Ham on a biscuit. We also shared Eggs Benedict with fries. My child had the sausage with egg and toast. Will return if in the area again.Kid-friendliness: My daughter would have liked crayons or something to do while waiting.“
“Carly is the most charismatic barista I have ever met! Everytime I order from her she always not only makes me the best drinks but also asks me about my day and has a very genuine conversation with me. 10/10 would recommend this coffee shop!“
“The food is delicious, hands down. But there's always a wait, so go early. Love the atmosphere, and the staff are really friendly. Only 4 stars bc I've gone for the $1 oysters several times, and the wait is always so long that I miss the window of opportunity.Update: something must have changed because I have gotten several times this year and have had no waiting. Worth noting, reservations are required to sit inside. However, the manager, Tyler, is outstanding! And the service and food continue to impress.“
“My family ate at Olde Town Pizza & Pasta while on vacation in Williamsburg. As a native New Yorker, if you had told me I would find some of the best NY style pizza I've had in Virginia I would have called you crazy. We ordered garlic knots, garlic bread with cheese, and mozzarella sticks. The garlic knots were incredibly fresh and obviously made from the same delicious dough as the pizza. We ordered a large pizza to share-the dough was very tender and the toppings were at just the right ratio. The desserts were good although not the highlight for us. If we return to Williamsburg in the future Olde Town will be on our dinner list again for sure! Highly recommend for a great family-friendly dinner!“
“this place is always amazing. never steered me wrong once.I personally suggest you get a stuffed snowball, blackberry flavored with the vanilla soft serve in it. it tastes almost like blackberry pie. my favorite thing to get here. make sure you get a little soft serve and snowball in every bite!“
“Was trying to do the survey on line, but it kept telling me it was down, so I'm just going to write a review. Went to Mellow Mushroom for the first time on April 12th and our server was Autumn. She was the best! She had the best personality, very knowledgeable with the menu and very attentive. We loved it so much we returned on April 14th and was very happy to have Autumn again. Thank you Autumn for making my first time a very positive experience. If I'm ever in the area again I will definitely go back and hope to have Autumn again.“
“Pizza was pretty good. They have several higher end ingredients for anyone who doesn't want a plain pizza. The person working acted like we were bothering him to be there. ?♀️ Didn't rate the atmosphere, this is definitely a to-go spot.“
“Reminds me of the old general store where my grandmother used to work. Lots of wood everywhere, etc. Serves lattes, coffees, teas, and pastries. I was there at 9am. It has an area outside which will be nice for spring. The drinks were one size only, but it was big enough for me. Not small. I felt it was cheaper than Starbucks. It's in a quiet wooded area.“
“The mead is extremely delicious! Their flavors taste just like they are descibed unlike other places where you only get hints of those flavors. Our first visit, we did a flights tasting, and through that tasting, i felt like i became good friends with Joe, the mead maker. It was such an amazing experience that we drove for 2 hrs just to visit them again. Thats when we met Melanie. After our second visit Melanie and joe have made us feel like we are part of their mead family, not just a customer. I truly feel like they know us and we know them. This company is really something special and i truly enjoy helping to support that.“
“I'm late on this review. We went around Christmas time. On the way to Busch Gardens for the Christmas lights. Which I will also review. I have to say that this was the most delicious pizza I have ever eaten in my life. My bf happens to know the owner and has worked on his hvac and refrigeration years ago when they were smaller. There were 4 of us in our group. We shared a large pepperoni pizza. Despite the line out the door that night we got our pizza and we were eating within 30 minutes. Want to warn you if you see a table open have a member of the party grab it lol unless you plan to eat outside on the curb or car. Lol. The bathrooms were surprising clean and well stocked despite the amount of traffic coming thru. I have told everyone I know going in that direction that you absolutely will not be disappointed.“
“I ordered some mini doughnuts for my daughter's 1st birthday party and my experience with Sipping Flea was amazing from start to finish! The staff is super friendly, they were able to decorate them to match the theme of her party, and their store is so welcoming! We'll definitely be back.“
“ great place to chill and relax. Right near the docks to see the small boats come in. Lots of outdoor seating, great selection, and always events to do. fantastic selection of beers. They have flights that you pick four, and try out their different varieties. get place to check out. A little out of the way from other things, but they make it worth while with all the events they put on. great crew that help you pick the best beer you would want to try.“
“We visit Williamsburg from DC 4 to 5 times a year and always make this a stop. Fantastic beer, great atmosphere, lovely staff, games for kids. Food wise they have a great rotation of food trucks otherwise it's just snacks. It's a must go.“
“Stopped in after a tour of Jamestown Colony and it was just great. The food truck had an excellent selection and was super tasty. The beers everyone had were excellent. Some delicious IPAs, and a real good stout as well. Also being on the water just makes this place a perfect stop for a nice lunch and couple beers following a tour.“
“This place has been one of my favorites for at least 15 years! Both owners have been great!!!! It's one of the place you always have on your must do list when friends and family are visiting!!! Staff is nice and they are slinging cones non stop!!! I even created and named the flavor one week!!! Love this place!!!“
“I love this place. I do. But my god, they cycle through slack-jawed teenage dimwits faster than any fast food place I've ever seen. It's fortunate that much of the job is scooping ice cream, because if they had to make decisions about how much heat and how long to apply it, they'd burn the place down in the opening 20 minutes.e.g. You don't get a lid on your ice cream at the drive-thru unless you ask for it. Like think about that. You're in your car, visibly alone, and they want to hand you a giant heaping bowl of ice cream already dripping down the sides, with no lid. Now imagine you ordered something for your people at home, for whom they will hand you 2, 3, 10, however many you want, all uncovered, like instead of your grandpa's outmoded car with cup holders you're riding around in some kind of elite clown car stocked with a dozen ice cream crevices and your own hose to rinse away the gooey mess.Try ordering a sundae without a 20 questions about how you want it done. I dunno, how about the way it's described on the freaking sign? Like when I go to McDonalds and order a burger, they don't ask "do you want ketchup? mustard? pickle? cheese? rare, well done or regular?" Sphinxes don't ask as many questions as these folks. I was interrogated less when I applied for a passport. The end result, once you coach them to it, is generally very satisfying. I only wonder if they could do something to train and retain staff (and/or reexamine some extremely basic customer service practices) to make the daunting task of transferring your ice cream from a bucket into a [lidded] bowl less excruciating.“
“Food was good, not outstanding though, ran out of risotto which was disappointing. Back room of restaurant is v plain n lacking. Desserts were just ok, we had a bday celebration that was made known but this was not acknowledged. Overall it was fine but not rushing back.“
“The fish and chips are amazing the Ceaser salad was one of the best I’ve had burgers are cooked really well and the fish and chips was my favorite if you like cheesecake you gota try the Carmel one!!fair prices and amazing food the staff is also super nice and quick!! I would recommend anyone to comeParking: Pleantly of parkingKid-friendliness: Kids meals have big portions youl need a box!“
“This place was so good!! ?We're vegans that eat ethically sourced eggs, so this place was a great find. We ordered the tofu bowl, I don't think it's even on the menu but if you ask it's likely available ? it had marinated tofu, rice, veggies and it was delicious and filling. The staff is super friendly. We'll definitely be back next time we're in town!“
“We've yet to have a less than stellar experience here. The food is superb! You may balk at the prices, but I promise, it's worth it! From the apps and drinks to the entrees, you can't go wrong, and the specials are an added bonus!“
“We wrapped up Busch Gardens and were absolutely famished! The NCAA Sweet 16 games were on deck, but finding a good family friendly sportsbar in Williamsburg was a but challenging. I honed in on Highway Pizza as it seemed unique with fun decor. Thankfully, it was a great choice! It happened to be bike night so my son enjoyed seeing the bikes outside. Everyone at the establishment was super friendly and helpful. We were immediately seated, and when we asked to put on a hockey game that was on ESPN+, they subscribed to the App so that they could air the game! Now that is customer service! We soon got our drinks and an order of the Speed Bumps (pizza rolls). I highly recommend the Speed Bumps, totally delish! Next we ordered boneless wings with the garlic parmesan and hot buffalo options. Both excellent and cooked perfectly. We went heavy on the wings so we're stuffed after this.If you're in town and want a good sportsbar, look no further than Highway Pizza! Oh, and you have to check out the bathroom.. lol my son got quite a kick out of it!“
“Great venue and great beers! Plenty of room for kids to run around while parents chill out. The owner Conor did a great job accommodating a very large group in a short period of time. The event went down without a hiccup and we all are immensely grateful. Most small brewery's have ok beer but I'm a bit of a snob and enjoyed every beer I had there. Enough choices for everyone. Highly recommend thus brewery! Thanks Conor!“
“Delicious spot for lunch. The sandwiches are all made to order, so you might a have a little wait when it’s busy. But it’s worth the wait. We found a table downstairs in the cellar, where you can have a glass of beer or wine. I’m glad we stopped in.“
“I've been twice in the last 6-8 months and every time I've been the sandwiches have been excellent, service is very good if not too busy (which they seem to be with many regulars), and they are willing to accommodate special requests (i.e., types of bread, hot/cold option for sandwich, condiments). Since I'm a beer drinker at lunch, I tend to like more options than they but this is not a brewery so....“
“Drinks and appetizers at the adjacent Restoration Bar. Delightful service from Marie and the bartender. Sorry didn't get her name. The charcuterie plate was delicious and I enjoyed one of their signature cocktails, Linus' Boxcar. We then were seated at a lovely table in the dining room where we enjoyed a superb steak with savory mashed potatoes and wonderful roasted root vegetables. ! We had asked to share and was delivered beautifully split and plated. Our server, Linda, was delightful attentive and welcoming. We always love the ambiance, service, food and beverages at the Williamsburg Inn.“
“This restaurant is great! They offer a nice variety of food, American and English, with fantastic customer service. The lamb Shephard's pie has been my favorite, but the fish options have also been great! This is a good place for a quick bite, lunch, or dinner and has options for all ages and tastes. I'll definitely be back!“
“We experienced wonderful food, brews, and service yesterday at Precarious Beer Project. My husband ordered the Baltic Display of Porter with a Simple Folk smash burger and I chose the Three Beenz espresso martini stout with a Black and Blue smash burger. Everything was delicious! Thank you!“
“Was traveling from out of town and found this cute spot! The food was great, service was friendly and professional, and I love the atmosphere. Would definitely visit again!Vegetarian options: There were many pastries and non-meat options here as well as oat milk and other non-dairy substitutes for the drinks“
“Absolutely delicious food, especially the tacos. The oysters were not the best I’ve had only because I’m a professional oyster diver and connoisseur. Heard they have great cocktails but I got a lager which was great. Thanks to the owner, mike wazowski for the wonderful experience.“
