“We had a big event - a Gala Dinner for 120, and Chef Yofre was a wonderful resource for planning the event and making things happen. The food was reasonably priced, abundant and very tasty, many of our participants went back for seconds! He was responsive to our last minute changes, made all the needed adjustments to the caterers insurance paperwork to make sure we were complying with the appropriate rules and regulations and overall made a great partner for this event. We hope to use him again for future events and I recommend him to anyone looking for a hard-working high quality caterer! Two thumbs up!“
“The food was spectacular. Our daughter even made the statement that the pasteles were better than my mom's. She has been disowned. The quantity was great and the pricing reasonable. There was so much food that we sent some to New York City for an Easter party for 10 the following Sunday.I would have preferred more of the meat filling in the Pasteles. Flavor was very good but a bit sparse in volume. We had a miscommunication on the Paella. We got crayfish and I thought we were getting Lobster. We could have ordered 1/2 of what we did and met our needs. But that was great for us. We froze the excess and are taking it every couple of days and again reminiscing about my childhood as we enjoy our Puerto Rican cuisine again.“
“We had the pleasure of working with Dianna at Catering Reserved. From the day we met Dianna and tasted Catering Reserved food, we knew we were going to choose this catering company for our wedding. Dianna was very helpful and informative and was not trying to push us to purchase anything outside of what we wanted for our day. The food and desserts were great and we even chose to have the donut wall, which was a HUGE hit at our wedding. “Amazing homemade ice cream! My friends recommended this place and I tried it for the first-time a few months ago. The location was a bit difficult to find as it's tucked in behind some warehouse looking location. The car-side service was different from what I'm used to... Someone came out to take your order from my car and brings out your order shortly afterward. This place has amazing homemade ice cream! I purchased a pint of banana pudding and a pint of strawberry ice cream. Both flavors were creamy, not too sweet and delicious!! It's no wonder why the banana pudding flavor is the fan favorite. You now have a new fan! Highly recommend!“

My husband is unexpectedly the biggest fan of the veggie manti, and my toddler daughter loves almost everything - the simit, stuffed grape leaves are long time favorites. But this week when we got home from the farmers market she only had eyes for our tahini pastry, which she promptly unwrapped and served herself for breakfast!“

Awa was very helpful with suggestions and thorough explanations about the different services and dishes. I didn't catch the names of the gentlemen that delivered, but they were wonderful with helping to set up and so friendly; they really helped to make every easy and perfectly set up. Our team was really happy with the quality, amount, and set up of the buffet. It really helped us to make our team feel appreciated simply because the food was so enjoyable. “I have been using them for years so apologies for gatekeeping.... they are WONDERFUL! I love being able to order online and making edits to an order is easily done with a quick call. All of the staff are professional, helpful, and prompt. The Mediterranean bar is hands down my favorite to order for lunch but I have never had a bad meal from them. They have catered a variety of group sizes for me from 10 people to 25 people and the quality is always top notch.“

“Main events catered my husband and I’s wedding.The food was delicious! Main Events worked with our vision of creative appetizers with traditional main courses. We have received so many complements in the food.The day of staff was also amazing! We loved that they assigned a butler to us day of to take care of our needs. She followed us throughout the day, making sure we had drinks and stayed warm.The one complaint we have is our event designed. The first designer we had, Ali, was exceptional and a large reason we selected main events. However, a month out we were reassigned to Hasnaa. Hasnaa attended our walk through but seemingly did not pay attention as evidenced by the floor plans we received that did not remotely resemble what was discussed (thought we wanted the ceremony among ongoing construction). This lend to a protracted discussion which resulted in us not having a rain plan until less than one week before the wedding. She added so much unnecessary stress at the end.Overall, we highly recommend main events, but caution anyone to ensure their event designer is on the same page.“

“How I wish I could give Saint Germain Catering 10 Stars! We had a catered lunch reception at our home following the burial of my brother at Arlington National Cemetery. I had no idea what I wanted but Carrie Westbrook and Mina Ebrahimi were extremely helpful developing a wonderful menu including beef tenderloin, crab cakes, sides, passed hot appetizers, desserts, and drinks. Guests came from all over the country to honor my brother and everyone commented on how delicious everything was, what beautiful buffets they created and especially how seamless the service was, led by Hugo. They set everything up while we were at the cemetery. When we entered our home, we were amazed at the complete transformation in our home. They created several serving areas, complete with flowers, which allowed guests to easily circulate. They quietly picked up used items. They were so pleasant, courteous, and extremely efficient. The bartender was wonderful. After the event wound down, they quietly packed everything up, asking how to wrap up leftovers. I showed them where I had dishes and without a word they took over. It was hard to know they had even been there. So many guests commented on what a beautiful event this was honoring my brother and how much he would have loved it. Thank you, Saint Germain Catering. This review is probably getting too long..... but I also want to mention we also ordered our entire 2023 Thanksgiving meal from Saint Germain's. They set everything up for our buffet the day before including chafing dishes for hot items, all laid out on white tablecloths. It was wonderful. We simply heated up the meal and enjoyed the best Thanksgiving dinner we ever had, including over 45 I made myself! Everyone raved about the turkey, the ham, all the side dishes. And we then had delicious leftovers for days to come. We plan on always ordering Thanksgiving from Saint Germain Catering. Our guests were from Florida and California, and all agreed - The Very Best Ever Thanksgiving Dinner. Thank you to Carrie Westbrook for all her patient planning help, and to Edwin and Nelson who set everything up, so we were ready to go on Thanksgiving with little effort.“

“Very tasty food. The vegetarian sandwiches are pretty darn good, but there never seems to be enough for all the vegetarians. I don't know who places the catering orders at our organization. I don't know whose fault it is, the company I work with or La Prima. Many tech employees include a generation that considers vegetarianism environmentally wise, as well as many Hindus. I hope La Prima take a serious look at balancing their menu for all. One little detail: most of La Prima's food tastes great when saved for later, and even their wraps hold up well, except the sandwiches made with French bread which become tough. I'm always excited when La Prima is chosen for catering.“
