My husband and I just visited this location for the first time in years. We were greeted immediately by Elise with a contagious smile and asked how we were doing today when we walked in. She was very pleasant. Sometimes it’s hard to come across this type of hospitality when ordering at a fast food restaurant. I would like to say the employees all seemed to be in a positive mood and demonstrated teamwork. We will be visiting this location again :) Great Food and Great Service!!!...read full review
We ordered online, the food was ready when we got there. Service was great and food was hot. Place was clean so we grabbed a table and enjoyed our meal. Thanks Arby's Shore Drive!

Went to this location today for lunch (4/7/2024). The lobby was closed, and the drive through had a sign saying "Short staffed, still open". The girl taking orders, running the window, working front, and doing a bunch of other things was one of two employees there. Let me be clear, she was excellent and the food was delicious. But she was clearly also stressed by being half the staff. The wait was long, but how is it ok to run with only two employees?
