“This past Sat I ordered a big order online for family. My husband picked it all up, but when he got home I was missing two large fries that I had spent 1000 points on. They were part of my kids meal. So I called the number on the website and they were extremely apologetic and helpful. They added two free large fries onto my account and I can get either a cookie, ice cream cone, or brownie. On top of that the store manager called and was also very apologetic and he added two large fries as well for the inconvenience. Everyone was so kind throughout the whole process and very fast. I love Chick Fil A as it is, but their customer service truly is the very best out of all the fast food joints out there. And they have the best food. The only complaints I have is their coffee is probably the worst coffee I’ve ever had, but also I wish they would fill the fry containers up more. You get a large fry and it looks like a medium fry amount. This is a large I got and I didn’t eat any of it. If I had paid for these two fries I just redeemed I’d probably not be too happy. But other than that I have nothing bad to say.“

“I go to Chick-fil-A one time every day and I order through my Chick-fil-A app and it is amazing I pulled through. They already knew my car every day they they absolutely signed me right in. I don’t have to wait through the line I go right in boom right through the food is always good although I don’t get it for myself I usually get it for my mother and my daughter, however I do occasionally partake Chick-fil-A is always going to be crowded but at least they always address the crowds and they keep the lines moving and they keep their customers as happy as they can“

“So good we ate there 3 times in 6 days. Very friendly staff serving great pizza. Had leftovers for lunch the next day. Tried lasagna one day and it was excellent and of course had leftovers for later that night. Wife tried ham and cheese sub that was very good and took half back to the hotel. Eat in or take out which was convenient as we stayed right across the street. They have subs, pizza, calzones,hot dogs, burgers etc. Large selection of ice cream also . If you can't find something to order you aren't really hungry.“

“My wife felt like having burgers and fries so we went here since it was around the area instead of going to the usual golden arches for quick burgers and fries. It's also been a while since we had Five Guys and this was our first time at this location.Coming in, the restaurant was pretty clean. When you go by the counter, the huge box of peanuts were open and ready for you to pick up from. My wife ordered first and asked if they still do lettuce wraps for the burger instead of a bun. She got asked if it was for dietary reasons or preference... I don't believe this was asked before unless they've been doing it for a few years now. Again, it's been a while since I've been to a Five Guys location. Anyway, I ordered the same thing. For two lettuce wrapped burger meal (shared fries and two regular drinks), the total came out to be more than $40. Okay, I don't mind since I know they usually give a huge burger and two handful fries. But the thing I did mind was the weird vibe that the employee had when we asked for lettuce wraps. I felt like she was judging us a little.Moving on, as we waited inside, they had called out our order and my wife went to the counter to pick it up. She went through the bag and simply asked if everything we ordered was in the bag. She always asks this because sometimes employees from different restaurants forgets to add a few things on the bag and we would have to return to pick up the missing items. Basically, its just her habit at this point. I watched from the table and saw the lady give a weird look at my wife, who was still checking the bag, before she noticed that I was watching the whole thing as it transpired. She, then, turned away from my gaze and seemingly tried to look as if nothing happened.Fresh burgers and a good amount of nicely seasoned fries eitherway.Parking: Few spots for disabled parking. Ample enough parking during the night. Can't say the same if it was a busy day.“
“The pizza I ordered was really good but the impressive part was the amazing customer service I received from the night manager, Richard Oliver. When I got home I realized my pizza was missing a couple of toppings, and I called the store and he was so kind and apologetic. He didn't ask a bunch of questions or make me feel bad about calling, he just assured me he wanted to make it right and he would make me a new correct pizza right away. When I picked it up at the store he apologized again and made sure it was perfect before I left. He was just so nice! I wasn't upset at all, I totally get that mistakes happen. But he really cares about pleasing the customer and making sure their order is perfect. Thanks again Richard, I wish you could receive a bonus for the top-notch work that you do!“

“Went to this location today for lunch (4/7/2024). The lobby was closed, and the drive through had a sign saying "Short staffed, still open". The girl taking orders, running the window, working front, and doing a bunch of other things was one of two employees there. Let me be clear, she was excellent and the food was delicious. But she was clearly also stressed by being half the staff. The wait was long, but how is it ok to run with only two employees?“
“I have visited this place a few times already and have not had any issues with missing items or being out of food unlike the store on Holland Rd..The food is good and the fries are usually still warm when I get them. Also, there is usually no waiting in the drive thru which makes it even better!“
