“Showed up around 6 on a Friday night with a party of 4. It was about a 20 minute wait for a table, but we were able to grab a drink at the bar which made it go by faster. Their beer selection is unique and expansive. They had an Earl Gray Ale that was very tasty. Service was a little slow, but our waitress looked very young so it may have just been a one off. Food was delicious and my cocktail was superb (purple haze)“
“A very nice atmosphere. I arrived without a reservation and the hostess was polite and seated me right away. They have plenty of drink specials and Tiesday was Taco night but I already had my heart set on the wood fired pizzas. The fried deviled eggs and pizza was tasty. I'll most likely try something else next time. The service was fast and my waiter was on point. I had to give their coffee and dessert a try. I had to explain what an Americano was but the waiter obliged without a hitch. I tried the wood fired apple crisp and it was a 10 [outperforming the meal I had and most akin desserts I've had in a while]!Parking: Overflow parking is across the street. The walk over wasn't bad but not sure what it would be on a busy Friday night or the weekend.“
“Nice little dive bar. Smoking allowed inside the building. They have the NFL “Sunday Ticket.” So you can watch all the games there. Great happy hour prices. I mean super cheap. Food decent. Would recommend if your looking for a cheaper place to have a few cocktails/watch some sporting events.“

“Cougars is a great venue, with great food. I've never had a bad experience while there whether it be regarding the food or wait staff.Take all negative reviews with a grain of salt. Anyone who has to post under a fake name should be disregarded. If you have something to say, post it with your real name. Otherwise, you're a coward.Give Cougars a shot. They have daily drink and food specials and go out of their way to ensure you have a great visit.“
“Great neighborhood bar. Friendly people and the kitchen is clean, bathrooms, clean and the service is great unlike what the old bitty Carol said in her review. That was unfair and she obviously is an old bat. I don’t know many people up there, but been enough times to know it’s clean, friendly and a great little neighborhood restaurant and bar.“

“Birthday dinner for close friends this past weekends the drinks and food are fantastic, highly recommend to dine in, great atmosphere and the appetizers are outstanding, all items made in house. The charcuterie board is my favorite with pickled figs, green beans and cauliflower served with local honey, chorizo pate and a variety of cheese. I would opt for the pimento cheese dip as well. Outstanding service. Very attentive.“
