Manager was giving the window people a hard time..the young man , in spite of was was going on, was professional, pleasant and engaging..food, as always, was hot, fresh and good ..when I crave something quick and fresh..this is my go to spot..
Edit: Jennifer rolled her eyes to the back of her head when I told her I was using some change to pay. Got her again through drive thru several times. And everytime she's unpleasant. You can't have super great service with two other employees and than have Jennifer messing it up with her frazzled lack of customer service.Something has changed about this store!! Came to this Hardee's after my very disappointed experience at the Hardee's across from Long John Silvers on Va Beach Blvd (I posted a review).. My experience here was perfect! I ordered the same thing, I had at the other location. As soon as I touched the wrapped it was hot, the sandwich was fresh, cheese was fresh and I had tomatoes that were appetizing vs a brown ring on it like the other Hardee's I mentioned.
